Chicken fillet with mushrooms

Of many kinds of meat, chicken is the most dietary. It is a source of proteins, easily digestible, as well as a source of minerals and vitamins. The cholesterol content in white meat of chicken breasts is minimal - less only in fish. Cooking chicken fillets is quick and fairly simple. It can be boiled, stewed, fried, panicked, baked ... One of the most common dishes is chicken fillet with mushrooms.

However, in the preparation process, there may be one problem - chicken breasts may become dryish. In order for this to happen, you do not need to digest the fillets.

Chicken meat is well combined with herbs and seasonings - cardamom, ginger, turmeric. You can use all sorts of sauces when preparing fillets - with garlic, with almond paste and ginger, with cream. We offer a few simple recipes for chicken fillet.

Chicken fillet with mushrooms and cheese

We take 600 grams of fillet, 200 grams of cheese, 400 grams of champignons, onion, mayonnaise, lean oil, spices, marinade. As a marinade there can be both soy sauce and mustard, and wine - white or red, that is, to your taste.

The fillet is washed, cut veins, if necessary - cut into pieces. Then, each piece is smeared with marinade. While the fillet is marinated - cook mushrooms. Mine, clean and set to cook in salted water. Cook on medium heat for fifteen minutes. Then change the water, reduce the fire and cook again, but for about ten minutes. You can add soy-mustard pickle instead of salt when cooking mushrooms.
Diced onion rings fry until golden, then add the mushrooms cut into two parts and fry for ten minutes, stirring all the time.

We spread the pickled chicken fillet on a baking tray, grease it with mayonnaise and cover with fried mushrooms. Dish sprinkled with grated cheese and put in a preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees oven. Bake you need about thirty minutes, glancing sometimes - whether the dish burnt.

Chicken fillet with mushrooms in sour cream

This delicious dish is prepared too quickly. For its preparation we take a kilogram of chicken fillet and 500 grams of fresh mushrooms (champignons), as well as one onion, a spoonful of starch, sour cream 100 grams, 50 grams of water, pepper, lean oil, salt.

Fillet cut into cubes, mushrooms - in half, onions - thin half rings.
First, fry the onions in a frying pan, then add the fillets and fry too. After that, add the mushrooms, cover with a lid and a little stew. After a while, the lid should be removed and fried until the water evaporates. After this, add and sprinkle with pepper. We raise sour cream with water, add starch - stir, pour into a frying pan with mushrooms and meat and cook for two minutes, so that our sauce thickens. Chicken fillet with mushrooms is ready!

Chicken fillet with buckwheat in a merchant manner

We take 200 grams of fillet, 200 grams of buckwheat, Bulgarian pepper, onion, carrots, soy sauce, 100 milliliters of tomato juice, a mixture of peppers.
Before baking the meat, it should be marinated in the sauce for an hour. Chicken fillet thaw, cut into pieces, season with pepper and fry for about three minutes in olive oil. Then put on a frying pan finely chopped onions, grated carrot, diced pepper and simmer for about five minutes.
Mix in a glass of tomato juice and soy sauce (2 tablespoons), salt and seasoning and add to the meat. Pour well-washed buckwheat into the pan, cover with a lid and simmer for ten minutes. Then turn off the fire and let the dish soak to get the buckwheat.

Chicken fillet with broccoli

We take 500 grams of fillets, 400 grams of broccoli, 150 grams of onions, 200 grams of cream, 100 grams of cheese. Solim and pepper to your liking.

Cook the fillet for about twenty minutes until ready and cut into cubes. Broccoli cook for about eight minutes after boiling and divide into small pieces. We rub the cheese and mix it with cream, cut the onions into semicircles. Spread into the form of broccoli, then chicken and onions, sprinkle with pepper and pour creamy cheese sauce.
