At the same time, you can diversify the menu and make a useful dish, using a little imagination and a standard set of products that is in the fridge. So, there are several interesting recipes, which produce a tasty and flavored scrambled eggs with tomatoes.

To do it, in addition to eggs (2 pieces), you need one fresh tomato (sometimes it is replaced with canned, then you do not need to salt the dish), a bulb, salt and spices. Onions are cleaned and ground, fried in a skillet in vegetable oil until golden. Raw eggs are beaten, salted, spices are put in them at will. The tomato is scalded with boiling water, the peel is peeled off from it, after which it rubs on a large grater and is added to the onion. Vegetables fry until the evaporated liquid evaporates. Next, put the beaten eggs, and the mixture is cooked until ready. In this case, it must be constantly stirred. This dish can be served with greens or fresh vegetables.

The original is the recipe for cooking, which produces scrambled eggs with tomatoes and cheese. Half a dozen eggs will need a few pieces of suluguni, one large tomato, greens, salt and spices to taste. The tomato plays a decisive role in the taste of the whole dish, so its choice should be approached as carefully as possible. Vegetable is better to take juicy and fleshy. From it, the peel is removed. In order for this procedure to be easier, you must first pass the tomato with boiling water. If this does not help, its sides can be slightly scraped by the blunt side of the table knife. After that, the skin should go better.

The vegetable is cut into small thin slices and sent to a frying pan, where a little vegetable oil is already added. 5-10 minutes the dish is stewed, after which eggs are broken and diced cheese is put. To taste, you can put here spices and finely chopped greens. Delicious scrambled eggs are ready in a few minutes. This dish can be served for breakfast, and if you make large portions, you can get a full dinner.

Hearty and delicious will be fried eggs with sausage. So, to cook it, you need to take a few slices of smoked sausage and cut them into strips. The proportions in this dish can be respected to their own taste, as some prefer more meat ingredients, while others like vegetable ingredients. In a frying pan with warmed sausage oil, it is lightly fried, after which it is put the peeled tomato and cut into slices, everything is left on the fire for several minutes (with the ingredients constantly stirring). Next, eggs are hammered in here, sprinkled with grated cheese, and the frying pan is covered with a lid. The scrambled eggs and tomatoes will be ready in 5-10 minutes. To taste, salt and spices are added.

Another version of this dish can be this. Firstly, chopped onion and Bulgarian pepper, chopped with straws, are placed on the heated frying pan. After these ingredients have acquired a slightly golden color, they are laid out a tomato cut into cubes. Vegetables remain on fire for 10 minutes. Further, they carefully make depressions, with the help of a wooden spatula, into which eggs are hammered. Yolk at the same time it is desirable not to damage. At this stage, fried eggs and tomatoes are salted, spices are put. The dish is left on the fire until thick. Before serving, it sprinkles with fresh herbs.
