Cauliflower in a double boiler

More and more popular among fans of healthy food is a steamer.

It is an indispensable thing in the kitchen, if there is a child at home, or someone from the family has stomach problems, or you are simply a supporter of a healthy diet.

To cook in it, any food is suitable - fish, meat, seafood, vegetables, eggs, cereals.

For most products, steaming is the best method of cooking because it preserves nutritional value.

Preparing cabbage in a double boiler is delicious, quick and very useful.

If you tried to cook different vegetables in this way, then you will certainly like cauliflower in a steamer too.

To prepare this dish, you will need:

Head cabbage, 3 tablespoons of green onion, salt, 200 ml of creamy fat, ground pepper.

Color cauliflower should be divided into separate inflorescences and well washed in cold water. Then put in a steamer and cook for half an hour.

In fatty cream, add pepper, salt and whisk in a fairly lush mass. Then add chopped green onions and gently mix.

Finished inflorescences of cabbage should be laid out on a dish and poured with a prepared creamy onion sauce.

Of course, this is not the only way how cauliflower is prepared in a double boiler. For example, you can cook very tasty cutlets

This requires 150 grams of cabbage. Divide it into inflorescences, then lower them into saline water for 15 minutes, rinse with cold clean water. And put the cook in salted water. When it becomes soft, you need to get it and rinse it with cold water, then wipe off the boiled cabbage through a sieve. You can use a blender.

Two tablespoons of wheat breadcrumbs pour 2 tbsp. L. Hot water, then add them to the cabbage. Mix well. To this mixture add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and a canteen full of a spoonful of flour. Again, mix everything and then form the cutlets and put them in the steamer.

After 15 minutes these cutlets can be served by pouring pre-melted butter and sprinkling diced green dill or any greens to your liking.

An excellent option for dinner is cauliflower with garlic spicy seasoning with shrimps, which can be prepared in a multivariate.

Cauliflower in the multivarquet with the function of the pressure cooker is prepared very quickly.

You will need (per serving):

200 g cabbage (you can use ice cream), 12 pieces of shrimp, garlic head, two large spoons of olive oil, a pinch of dried parsley, 1 small cayenne pepper.

Pour 360 ml of hot water into the capacity of the multi-cooker, then inside place the paraffin insert together with the cauliflower, previously divided into separate inflorescences, sprinkle salt on top, close the multivarquet, select the "Steamer" mode for 5 minutes.

If cauliflower is cooked in a double boiler, the time for raw cabbage should be set at 15 minutes, and for frozen cabbage, 10 minutes.

Next, you need to chop pepper and garlic finely, pour 2 spoonfuls of olive oil into the clean container of the pressure cooker, select the desired menu for 5 minutes. When the oil is warm enough, you need to add pepper and garlic, lightly fry and add parsley and shrimp, fry a little more, pour cauliflower, mix well. Remove the saucepan and turn off the menu.

Also very tasty is the cauliflower in aerogrill.

To do this you will need:

1 small head of cabbage, 3 spoons of flour, 300 ml of milk, three quarters of a cup of grated cheese, 4 tablespoons of margarine or butter, half cups of breadcrumbs.

Cabbage should be disassembled into separate inflorescences and boiled in salty boiling water for 5 minutes, then let it drain slightly. It is also easy to prepare cauliflower in a double boiler.

Melt 3 spoons of butter in a frying pan, add flour and cook for a minute.

Gradually pour in the milk. Cook the sauce until thick.

Add half a cup of cheese, mix well, season with pepper, salt, remove from heat.

In a separate bowl, mix the remaining cheese with breadcrumbs.

Put cabbage in a saucepan, pour cheese sauce and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Put the latticed tray in the aerogrill. Top place the saucepan.

The temperature should be set at 165 degrees, cook for 20 minutes until a golden crust appears.
