We need

Two pieces of fresh cod fillet, ground black pepper, salt, sunflower oil. For sauce: juice half a lemon, a little mixture of dried fragrant herbs: rosemary, basil, parsley, coriander, butter.

How to do it

Pepper and gently add salt to the fish: the sea is already quite salty. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish on both sides over medium heat. Empty and wash the frying pan, put butter, lemon juice and dried herbs there, bring to a boil. Put the fish in the sauce and heat on the smallest fire for about seven to ten minutes. In the meantime, you can cook any vegetables for a garnish. Lay the fish on plates, water it with sauce, add greens. Fried cod with cabbage salad

We need

Postakaana mayonnaise, two tbsp. L. Apple cider vinegar, art. L. Grain mustard, art. L. Sugar, a pinch of cumin or celery seeds, salt and freshly ground black pepper, mayonnaise, vinegar, half a kilo of light green cabbage, thinly sliced carrots, crushed apple, a bunch of green onions - and white parts, and green. For fish: one egg, half a glass of milk, half a kilogram of cod fillets, a third of a glass of flour, a third of a pan of breadcrumbs or crushed salted crackers, a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper, salt, vegetable oil for frying.

How to do it

Shred cabbage thinly, as possible. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, cumin, half a l. Salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Throw cabbage, carrots, an apple and a green onion there, rinse properly with hands, distributing the mixture evenly. Cover and leave in the refrigerator. Cut the fish into portions. Beat eggs with milk, load chunks of cod there. Meanwhile, stir on the flat plate crackers (crackers), cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt. Pour oil into the pan two centimeters approximately and heat it over medium heat. Take the fish out of the milk and egg mixture and roll in breadcrumbs. Roast to a pleasant dark-gold color for four to five minutes on each side. Remove from the frying pan on a paper towel, turning over so that the fish is not on top of greasy. Serve with salt and pepper, along with cabbage salad.
