Barbecue is not only one of the cooking options, but also a kind of party. We will not describe recipes for barbecue in this article - almost everyone can fry meat on open fire, but the original sauces, marinades and condiments are what will make your dish unique.

Properly selected marinade can enhance the taste of grilled meat, fish or seafood, and make them softer and juicier. It is worth noting that the fish on the barbecue (the recipe can be taken the same as for meat) is prepared much faster than meat - do not miss.

Barbecue: marinade recipes. Ginger-sesame

We need a quarter cup of soy sauce, one tablespoon of grated ginger root, the same amount of sesame oil, a bit of chopped green onions and a quarter teaspoon of crushed red pepper. This marinade is perfect for pork, chicken, eggplant, mushrooms, grilled fish. Ingredients are mixed, give a little insisting on ginger and refueling products for barbecue. Marinuem at least an hour. It can be left overnight so that our meat is soaked and marinated. Advice: it is not necessary to marinate in pots made of cast iron or unlined aluminum - the products will have a metallic taste, which is not very pleasant and not at all useful.

Barbecue: recipes marinade - orange

It is very suitable for meat of chicken, zucchini, zucchini or pork. Take a medium bunch of cilantro, a quarter of a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice with pulp, the same amount of olive oil the first pressing, one hot green pepper and half a teaspoon of salt. We remove the pepper from the seeds and finely chop it. Cut the cilantro finely, remove the stems (you can then put them on the coals - for more flavor). All the ingredients are mixed - the marinade is ready!

B-B-Q. Recipes for marinade: rosemary and lemon

For cooking, we need to take a third glass of extra virgin olive oil, one lemon, four cloves of garlic, one sprig of rosemary, half a teaspoon of salt. Lemon cut into circles, chop the garlic with a knife or special press. We connect all the components. Done! This marinade is ideal for fish and seafood. Marinate them need not more than three hours - otherwise the product will lose its natural taste. Preparing meat or fish for a barbecue (the marinade recipe is not important), turn them over from time to time. This is done so that the marinade is well and evenly absorbed.

Another tip: before you start grilling the food on the grill, transfer them to another bowl. Remain the remaining juice and marinade during the frying, periodically pouring them meat, fish or vegetables. If you cook not on an open fire, but on a grill, it is recommended to take a little vegetable oil. It will be very good to sprinkle the pickled products with a mixture of dried herbs or spices immediately before cooking and add a little bit of parsley, cilantro or dill rooting in the coals - the flavor of the dish will be much more pleasant.
