To prepare peppers for the winter in tomato juice according to this recipe, you need 1.5 kilograms of sweet peppers, one liter of tomato juice, the head of peeled garlic, 4 large spoons of vegetable oil, one spoonful of salt, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of table vinegar Grape). In this recipe, there are no restrictions in the use of seasonings and spices. On request, you can take the root of parsley, celery, bell pepper, bay leaf, cloves, coriander and fresh herbs. Pepper is washed with water and we remove from it seeds and peduncle. Next we cut it with a long and not very thin straw. Garlic is cut into plates.

Tomato juice for this recipe can be prepared by yourself, twisting the tomatoes and boiling them to the desired density. For this, only well-ripened fruits are taken. But you can use a ready-made product or dilute a quality tomato paste (250 grams) with one liter of water. We add vegetable oil, sugar and salt to the juice. After this, try the resulting mixture for a taste and, if necessary, rash these two ingredients additionally. Next comes the vinegar. We put it with care, trying. Now we wait until the pouring boils. After that, fall asleep in a saucepan chopped pepper and garlic. Cook for about 10 minutes. It is necessary to make sure that the peppers for winter in tomato juice are not digested. Further, we spread them into prepared cans and close them with covers. As usual, wrap the sweet pepper and leave until completely cooled. Then move it to a cool place.

Stuffed peppers in tomato

This is an unusual recipe. Pepper in tomato juice, stuffed with cabbage, it turns out very tasty. Take 10 sweet peppers, 500 grams of tomato paste, three carrots and bulbs, 400 grams of white cabbage, a small spoon of essence and salt to taste. Now let's start cooking. Cabbage shred very finely, onions and carrots are cleaned, finely chopped and three on a grater. These three components are mixed and salted to taste. At peppers we take out seeds and we delete a peduncle. Further we fill them with forcemeat from cabbage and vegetables. We put them in jars and pour them with boiling water. Temporarily cover the containers with covers and leave for 40 minutes. After this, drain the water into a pan, remove from there 500 ml of liquid and supplement the filling with tomato paste. Bring the mixture to a boil and salt to taste. Now we pour it into the jars. For each liter of billet we put half a spoon of acetic essence. Banks roll. Peppers for the winter in tomato juice are ready. After cooling we send them to a cold storage place. This dish combines two main ingredients: sweet pepper and pickled cabbage.
