GTA grouping in the Moscow region: the scale of criminal activity

For several months, this gang has terrified motorists. Its members, without any qualms of conscience, killed not only the drivers, but also those who became an involuntary witness of their atrocities. And criminals "were killed" in 99% of cases not for the sake of profit: money and jewels of their victims were interested in the last turn. So what is this gang that kills motorists without any good reasons?

History of creation

The investigation succeeded to establish that for all the killings of drivers the car is GTA grouping. In the suburbs, this gang was created. Presumably, she received her name thanks to the computer game Grand Theft Auto, which transfers the gamer to the criminal environment of the big city. Detectives say that the criminal community was "put together" in one of the dachas near Moscow village Udelnaya.

And belonged to suburban home ownership to relatives of somebody Alexey Staroverov, who, as it turned out, headed the management of the affairs of the Prosecutor General's Office.

It was not difficult for the investigators to assume that the GTA group in the Moscow region and Alexei Staroverov are links in one chain. It was found that members of the gang and its organizer lived for a long time at the dacha of the prosecutor's official, and there they formed a solid arsenal of weapons.

The leader

Also, the detectives found out that on a vacant dacha (Staroverov's relatives only occasionally visited there) some time the elderly woman who came to the region from distant foreign countries lived. Initially, she settled in the garage. In the end, the owners of the dacha entered the position of a woman and offered to guard her home. After some time, her daughter often came to visit her, and then a certain Rustam Usmanov appeared at the dacha. Friends began to visit him, who, however, observed the regime and did not make noise.

Naturally, none of the neighbors even thought to go to the police: "persons of non-Slavic appearance" were quiet. Often they asked women to retire to pray to Allah. But in reality they needed to remain without strangers to discuss the details of planned atrocities. Grouping GTA in the suburbs equipped at the cottage hiding place, where they kept pistols and homemade grenades. The main gang in the gang was Rustam Usmanov. He will almost every day leave for a foreign car Daewoo Nexia for the territory of suburban home ownership and meet with accomplices. As a rule, such actions ended in atrocities.

Cases of the gang

Grouping GTA in the suburbs began to commit crimes as early as the fall of 2013. On the stretch of the route "Baltia" (Krasnogorsk district), Directly on the roadside was found the body of the owner of a jeep Toyota Land Cruiser. On his body were recorded gunshot wounds. As it was possible to find out, after the murder the criminals took over the SUV, and then left it in Solnechnogorsk. In the spring of 2014, members of the GTA (Moscow region) killed a group of tourists on the M-4 "Don" highway, who traveled from the capital to visit relatives living in the Krasnodar Territory. Then the victim was a summer resident, who was traveling to Moscow on his own car.

Soulmasters were working until the fall. The investigators found out that the GTA (group of bandits) killed 17 people.

Motive

The algorithm of criminal acts was trivial: spikes were laid out on the track, and after the victim's wheels were punctured, and the car owner left the saloon, the latter was shot at point-blank range. If the car was found valuable items, then their criminals were simply taken away. But, as it turned out later, the money for criminals was not the main thing. They themselves enjoyed the process of murder. For the members of the GTA (grouping of bandits), the identity of the car owner did not matter: everyone could be a victim.

It is noteworthy that the composition of the criminal community was not constant: it was periodically updated, because after two or three atrocities, a part of the murderers left for their historical homeland.

Naturally, the public was very soon concerned about the monstrous and cynical crimes committed by the GTA group in the suburbs.

The latest news about the gang, informed in the media, turned out to be pleasant: on November 6, 2014, during the storming of the garage, the siloviki managed to liquidate the leader of the intruders. With Alexey Staroverov, all charges were dropped, because it was established that he had nothing to do with the gang, and the dacha where the criminals were stationed belonged not to him specifically, but to his relatives. But back to the events of November 6. So, during the operation, the siloviki completely neutralized the GTA grouping in the Moscow suburbs. Caught 8 men and 6 women, who subsequently and were brought to criminal liability. On the territory of suburban home ownership, firearms were found and seized, including two Kalashnikov assault rifles and cartridges.

Searches

Special forces continued to work, but already in the territories of Suschevsky Val, the Western District and Krasnoselsky District of the capital.

It was there, according to investigators, members of the criminal group GTA. They all came from Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. On the apartment detectives found two grenades, two traumatic pistols and fourteen rounds. As the criminals explained, when committing atrocities they were motivated not by gain and profit, but by a desire to intimidate the "infidels", as they belonged to the radical current of the Islamists. The final point in this story will be the court. However, the representative of the defense has already stated that this case is a losing one, and criminals will get what they deserve in full.
