Chicken chops - delicious and simple

Meat dishes are firmly in the traditional cuisine of all the peoples of the world. Of course, meat is rich in fiber and proteins, which are necessary for the human body to function properly. Meat is the first product that a man, at that time primitive, began to cook on fire. Poultry meat is considered dietary and relatively easy to digest, not too heavier stomach. The most common bird, the meat of which is used for food everywhere, is, of course, a chicken.

There are a great many recipes for cooking chicken. One of the most simple and widely popular dishes are chicken chops, which are prepared in different ways, but always the same result is obtained: delicious - lick your fingers!

Chicken chops can be cooked using a variety of different products and seasonings, but we will consider a recipe for which breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, spices are needed. To begin with, you should use chicken breast. Carefully cut off the bone, cut the chicken fillet so that monolithic thick plates are made. Then they should be repulsed, but carefully, because the meat is tender and under intense hammer blows it can burst. First we beat off one side, then the other. Then, to give the best taste, the fillet can be marinated for an hour and a half, but it's an amateur. As a marinade you can use vinegar, all kinds of pepper, special breading seasonings for chicken. If you add mayonnaise to the mixture, the chicken chops will turn out to be very tender and juicy. So, the meat should be put in a bowl, add all of the above, mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for half an hour-hour. After the due time, we get meat. In a deep plate, beat a couple of eggs, in the other two we pour flour and biscuits. We prepare the frying pan for frying: put it on the fire, pour the sunflower oil thick in the little finger.

While the frying pan heats up, we form chicken chops, the recipe of which is simple. First we roll the chicken chop in flour from all sides. This contributes to better adhesion to the beaten eggs, in which we sink the meat in the next stage. Finishes the breading procedure in breadcrumbs. Then chicken chops fall into the pan and fry until golden brown, that is, five to seven minutes on each side. Thus, cooked chicken chops are called "rumsteak", although in the life of the present name of a well-known dish few people remember.

How to cook chicken chops as simply and quickly as possible? Chicken breast cut into pieces, carefully discouraged, salt and pepper to taste. Then we beat eggs in a bowl or a deep plate, pour flour into another plate. We heat the frying pan with vegetable oil. And then it's still simpler: first we roll the chicken chicken in the flour, then in the egg and - in the frying pan. Chicken breast is fried very quickly, so it's worth keeping an eye out for the events in the pan, so as not to allow to burn or burn such a tasty and appetizing dish, like chicken chops.

This diet is served and at the same time a truly royal dish with a garnish, in the role of which often acts as a mashed potatoes, and the dish itself is laid out with leaves of a green salad. Together with chicken chops, you can also serve salads of green vegetables and lots of greenery, seasoned with olive oil. Also, sauces may be interesting additions, for example, bechamel, cheese, mushroom, chutney from tomatoes and others, and table spices, such as vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard.

Chicken meat is white and light, so white or rosé wines should be served .
