Pink salmon is a delicious fish of fine taste, belonging to the family of salmonids. Its huge advantage, as well as the relatives, in the complete absence of parasites, which allows to significantly reduce the time of heat treatment, and for some dishes and do without it at all. The difference between pink salmon and other representatives of the genus Pacific salmon (coho salmon, salmon, sockeye salmon, chum salmon, chinook salmon, sima) in a low fat content of meat. However, not everyone will find this feature a drawback. In my opinion, this fish is good in itself and perfectly combined with a variety of side dishes and sauces.

1 kg of fresh red fish, 2 medium lemons, olive oil, parsley, one tablespoon of capers (you can take pickled or fresh cucumbers to taste), black pepper, salt, toast.

Preparation:

  1. Make pink salmon, remove skin and all large bones.
  2. Bring the water to a boil, add salt, put the pieces of fillet and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove all remaining small bones.
  4. Finely chop the fish and combine with a dressing of lemon juice, butter, greens, capers, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  5. Prepare toast, put the prepared mixture on them and serve.

Inexpensive pink salmon recipes. Fish soup with potatoes.

1/2 kg of potatoes, 1 pound onion, 600 g of water, 60 g of flour, 150 g of salmon fillet, slightly saffron, black pepper, salt.

Preparation.

  1. Make a thinning: finely chop the onions, fry until golden with flour.
  2. Make a soup base. To do this, boil the peeled potatoes, do not drain the liquid, but whisk it together with the potatoes to a creamy state. It is best to use a blender for this. In the process, add saffron, salt, pepper and onion with flour.
  3. Cut the pink salmon fillets in the form of squares, put them in soup and cook for about 5 minutes.

Inexpensive pink salmon recipes. Apple-potato salad.

5 medium potatoes, 1 green apple, 6 slices of smoked pink salmon (you can take salted), 5 table. Spoons of fresh cream, dill, salt, as usual, to taste black pepper, juice from one large lemon.

Preparation.

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes. Clean and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Cut the apple into cubes of the same size and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. The pink salad is also chopped and combined with potatoes and apple.
  4. Whisk the sauce from the cream, the remaining lemon juice, dill, pepper and salt, season with a salad.
  5. All the main ingredients should be well saturated with sauce, for which before serving, put the salad in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.

Inexpensive pink salmon recipes. Casserole with mushrooms and vegetables.

1 piece of pink salmon (500 g), 250 g of mushrooms (preferably white, champignons, chanterelles), 2-3 sweet peppers, 1 medium potato, 2 tomatoes, 1 lemon juice, mayonnaise, spring onion, salt, thyme, bay Sheet, corn oil.

Preparation.

  1. Peel fish from skin and bones. Cut the fillets into slices.
  2. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash potatoes and clean. Peppers clear of seeds. Cut all the ingredients into cubes of the same size, mix and place in a baking dish, previously oiled, along with the fish. Salt and pepper, add a little thyme and 1-3 bay leaves.
  3. Casserole top, pour mayonnaise and cook in the oven for about 35 - 45 minutes. Sprinkle with spring onions before serving.

Wonderful fish - salmon, recipes, prepared by us, are not complex and do not include expensive products, and at the same time they have excellent taste and dietary properties. You can serve dishes prepared for them, both to the child and to the elderly person. In the event that there are limitations in nutrition for health, simply reduce the amount of spice in the recipe, the rest products are balanced and beneficial for everyone.
