The idea of quick preparation of delicious and savory snacks has long attracted many housewives. Ingredients for making this delicious dish are extremely simple. You need to take: a kilogram of fresh young zucchini, garlic head, dill, olive oil (preferably, but if not at hand, you can use any vegetable), a couple of large spoons of wine vinegar, a similar amount of liquid natural honey (not synthetic, but natural), spices In the form of pepper ground black, salt.

Preparation

  1. Quickly marinated zucchini with honey are prepared as follows. Vegetables are washed and well dried. Along the cut into long and thin plates (this action can be done with a special vegetable cutter, if it is in your kitchen tool set, but if it's not there, use a simple sharp knife).
  2. Another point: if the marrow is not too young, then the core and skin should be cleaned.
  3. Solem well the fruits and put them aside. Marrows marinated with honey, should "let down a tear" and soak with salt solution for further cooking.
  4. Finely chop the dill. Garlic is pressed with the appropriate device. Some people prefer to rub it on the grandson.

Zucchini with honey and garlic for the winter

This delicious and moderately sharp delicacy can not only be eaten right now, but also prepared for winter in glass jars, rolled or twisted lid. Agree, it will be very pleasant to open such a meal for a festive, for example, New Year's table. By the way, and those who follow their figure, and vegans, and fasting, it is completely suitable, since it does not contain animal proteins. Another argument: in the summer and early autumn, when the zucchini cost a mere penny, the production of this delicacy will cost you quite cheaply, and in the winter grandmothers will not put prices on the market for a jar.   1. If you close, then there is more: take five kilograms of young zucchini. In case the vegetables are already slightly overripe, they need to be selected from the seeds and cleaned of the skins. Young we use in its original form.

We put the refrigerator down for a minimum of three to five hours. After this dish can be consumed immediately. It is stored in a cold place for more than a month without any damage to the taste and quality characteristics.

If you want to prepare a treat for the winter, then everything is very simple. In a large saucepan, put the mass on the fire and boil for 15 minutes at the lowest heat.
