In the traditional culinary book of any country and nation you can find meat dishes. And this is not surprising, because meat is not only a delicious product, but also nutritious. It contains many vitamins, proteins, fats, essential amino acids that are not produced by the human body. In general, the benefits of meat can be talked for a long time, but I suggest preparing delicious meat dishes, the recipes of which I will share with you.

1) Stew in beer. Our first recipe is for pork meat. So, to prepare this dish, we need 400 grams of pork pulp, 600 grams of potatoes, 1 liter of light beer, 1 medium-sized carrot, 2 onions, 1 red Bulgarian pepper, salt and greens.

Meat cut into small cubes and fry until half cooked on vegetable oil. While meat is fried, potatoes are mine, cleaned and cut into cubes. The same is done with the Bulgarian pepper. Chop the onions, carrots cut into thin slabs. We spread carrots to the meat, lightly fry. Then add the onion and pepper, again fry. Then we pour all the beer, give a boil and put the potatoes on top, all the salt and mix. We reduce the heat, cover with a lid and extinguish until ready. 5 minutes before the dish is removed from the fire, pour the pork greens, if desired, you can add spices. We serve with sour cream sauce, vegetable salad. Here such delicious dishes from meat turn out.

2) Veal with cranberries. This recipe is very interesting and uncomplicated. For cooking, we need 900 grams of veal, a glass of dried cranberries (if you can get fresh cranberries, consider that you are very lucky), one large onion, 100 grams of any hard cheese (at that time I had "Table" cheese) Carrots are medium in size, salt, greens and spices are optional.

Veal finely cut into cubes, fry in olive oil until golden brown. Onion and carrots grind and fry together with veal. A little stew. Then add cranberries, salt, mix everything well and stew for another half hour. Then, veal and cranberries are laid out in a serving bowl, sprinkled with grated cheese, do not cover the lid and send it to the oven for 20 minutes. When the meat is baked, we take out the pots, sprinkle with herbs and serve them to the table. The dish is ready.

Many people do not know how or do not want to cook. In this case, you can prepare light meals of meat, which do not require special skill, but they are delicious.

3) Beef with vegetables in the multivark. For cooking, we need 500 grams of beef, a young zucchini, one big bell pepper, carrots, two onions, salt, greens and spices. We turn on the multivark, cover the bottom with olive oil, spread the crushed carrots and onions, fry. Then we cut the beef into small pieces and spread it to the onions with carrots. We close the multivark with a lid and let it rain for 15 minutes - the juice should drain out of the meat. Then zucchini and sweet pepper are cut into small cubes, spread to meat, salt, mix everything, cover with a lid and stew. When the multivarker gives a signal, season the dish with spices and serve it hot. We serve fresh vegetable salad with stewed beef . In general, meat dishes are combined with vegetable salads, so you can serve any salad.

It should be noted that in many countries meat is abundantly seasoned with spices. More often such sharp dishes from meat can be found in the eastern countries, for example in Turkey, in the countries of the Caucasus and many others. They give preference to lamb and beef, the smell and taste of spices interrupt the specific taste and smell of lamb, make it tender and piquant. Among Russian, too, there are fans of sharpened, so sharp meat dishes are no longer something exotic. Of course, such dishes are not suitable for children, and adults are often advised not to eat sharp. So the choice is yours.
