Baked eggplant with cheese and minced meat

Necessary products: 300 grams of chicken or pork forcemeat, a couple of tomatoes, one eggplant, one Bulgarian pepper, one onion, one hundred grams of hard cheese, sunflower oil, pepper, salt. And now tell you how to prepare a vegetable casserole in the oven. The recipe is simple, so anyone can prepare a dish, even a beginner, a cook.

  1. First of all mine and cut the eggplants - circles. We lay them on the bottom of the refractory dish, pour 50 ml of water into the container.
  2. In a frying pan, a little heated, pour sunflower oil, lay out the mince, pepper it and salt. We clean, wash and finely chop the onion, add it to the stuffing and fry it a little.
  3. We cut the washed Bulgarian pepper rings, removing the seeds from it. And now we begin to fill the refractory capacity. On the eggplant, we distribute the minced meat evenly, and on top - the Bulgarian pepper.
  4. On the pepper, put tomatoes, cut into circles, and on them - cheese, grated on a grater.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, for 40-50 minutes we send our dish there. After this time, the vegetable casserole is ready in the oven. We get it from the oven. You can immediately serve on the table.

Recipe for casseroles with tomatoes, zucchini and cheese

It seems that this dish is very similar to the previous one, but it is not. It is a bit more complicated and, accordingly, more interesting. It is quite suitable as an independent food, and you can use it as a side dish. Now, and tell you how to prepare such a vegetable casserole, the recipe of which you will like. We will also bake in the oven. We will need the following products: large zucchini, large tomato, parsley chopped - three tablespoons, garlic - three denticles, cheese - 150 grams, two eggs, kefir - 100 ml, pepper and salt.

Cooking the casserole

We cut into thin strips zucchini, a couple of minutes of blanching in salted water. It is most convenient to do this in a frying pan, because of its width there are many vegetables. Lubricate with oil the form chosen by us for baking. After dipping zucchini, we put half of them into the mold. Cut parsley, garlic, mix them together, half of the total sprinkled with a layer of courgettes. Cut a thin tomato into circles, create the next layer of casserole from it. Sprinkle tomatoes with sugar and ground black pepper. Top with garlic and parsley, then thin slices of cheese, 100 grams. In this recipe, we are not a part of it on the grater. The second half of the courgettes completes the construction. Quickly prepare the filling: whisk with yogurt eggs, pepper, salt, add 50 grams of already shabby cheese. The resulting filling and pour the casserole. Warm up to 190 degrees oven, send there for 25-30 minutes form. As soon as the cheese dish turns golden, the vegetable casserole in the oven is ready.

Casseroles for children

The main product of this recipe will be zucchini, which is very good as a complementary food. In general, dishes from this vegetable are often used in baby food, as they are hypoallergenic. But in their pure form children do not like them very much, so they refuse to eat very soon. So we start to come up with delicious and complex dishes from them, for example, vegetable casseroles for children from the vegetable marrow. And in order for them to have a more appetizing appearance, add a small amount of carrots. The prepared dish turns out to be appetizing golden color. But you can do without it, if the child does not like carrots. We need: two young zucchini, weight approximately 0.8 kg, one carrot, three chicken eggs, 150 grams of sour cream, eight tablespoons of wheat flour, two spoons of vegetable oil.

Children's vegetable casserole, recipe

Mine and clean carrots and zucchini. Half of them rubbed on a small grater, the other half - on a large grater. Thus, we get a more interesting casserole structure. A little push the mass, and then the casserole will be very liquid. We add eggs, flour and sour cream. From the density of sour cream depends on how much flour you will need to take. The size of eggs and juice in the mixture also have an impact on this. The flour must necessarily be sifted. Mix the mass until we have a dough of a homogeneous consistency, then it is whisked a little to saturate with oxygen. Then the ready dish will be more lush.
