The first thing to do is to dissolve the salt in the water, and then lower it into the previously washed and dried turkey. In the water, it should remain at least two hours - this will allow the meat to salivate.

At this time, you can prepare a mixture, which we will smear turkey. All the dry ingredients are mixed with butter and mustard - you will get an extraordinarily aromatic spicy mass.

The salted filet is taken out, rinsed under water and dried with a towel. Next, we need to stuff the bird with garlic (as we bake a turkey in the oven, this will make it even more appetizing and tasty). Therefore, it is best to cut the garlic into thin plates, carefully make thin incisions in the meat and put the garlic inside.

So, we have approached the final stage. Frying pan or baking sheet should be lined with a special foil, put a bird on it and grease it with a mixture of spices prepared beforehand. It is desirable that it be distributed evenly.

While you are preparing the products, preheat the oven to the maximum temperature. We place our dish in it and bake the turkey fillet in the oven for 15 minutes. During this time, it will not be ready completely, but then you should reduce the cooking temperature to 250 degrees and continue cooking for another half an hour. After this, try the turkey fillet: how much to bake it, often depends on the quality and age of the meat, and therefore in different cases you may need an unequal amount of time. On average, the duration of baking is about 45-50 minutes.
