On top of the products are sprinkled with chopped cheese. Cooking mushrooms will be about twenty minutes in a well-heated oven.

The combination of meat and mushrooms is considered the most profitable, therefore, if you want to prepare an original dish for the feast, you can make mushroom cutlets baked in the oven. For this, the minced meat is taken, salted, slightly peppered. Mushrooms are boiled and grinded in a meat grinder, put in minced meat. The egg is hammered in here, and a small amount of well-crumbled bread crumb is added. Minced meat is kneaded, small cutlets are made from it, which are laid out in a mold. On top of the product are filled with creamy-mayonnaise sauce. For its preparation sour cream is mixed with mayonnaise, put a spoon of grated cheese, chopped garlic and greens. The mold is put in the oven for an hour, after which the cutlets are laid out in a prepared dish and served on the table.

It is enough to have a small set of products in the refrigerator, as well as a little imagination, and do not be afraid to experiment.
