Mushroom cutlets with sauce

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 can of canned peas
  • 1.5 cups of flour (preferably higher grade)
  • 1 kg of mushrooms (better than champignons)
  • 50 ml of water
  • Sugar (1 tbsp will be enough)
  • Ground pepper
  • Salt

Cooking process:

1) We take mushrooms and thoroughly wash them with tap water. We cut into small pieces. Another option is to grind them with a mincer or blender.

2) That our mushroom cutlets have a beautiful shape, we prepare a special liquid dough. To do this, add the flour into the water and mix thoroughly. In the same dishes we put mushrooms. At this stage, you can salt and pepper.

3) In a deep frying pan pour in the oil and warm it up a little. A large spoon carefully put the resulting mass. Fry mushroom patties on both sides.

4) It's time to start making sauce. Open the jar with canned peas and put it in a pan along with the liquid. It remains to add flour and sugar, and then bring to a boil. Do not forget to stir constantly. As a result, peas should acquire a consistency of mashed potatoes.

5) We made juicy and delicious cutlets. Serve them to the table followed by hot ones. Sauce pour in a special plate. Have a nice appetite!

Mushroom cutlets with a manga

Set of products:

  • 0.5 kg of mushrooms (it can be honey agarics, oyster mushrooms, freckles, champignons).
  • One large onion.
  • 2 tbsp. L. Manki.
  • One chicken egg.
  • Vegetable (unrefined) oil.
  • Flour for breading.
  • Ground pepper.
  • Salt (normal or iodinated).

Preparation of mushroom cutlets with a manga:

1) To begin with, we wash the mushrooms or honey agarics with tap water, cut them into small pieces. You can just skip the mushrooms through the largest grill grinder. After that, put the mass in a heated frying pan and fry in oil.

2) Mushrooms produce juice. As soon as it remains about half, you can pour in the manga. Stew, stirring constantly. If the juice is allocated very little, then you need to pour a little milk. At the end of the process, add salt and ground pepper.

3) Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a separate frying pan. We spread it to mushrooms with a manga. The mixture should cool down. Then you need to add the beaten egg and thoroughly mix all these ingredients.

4) We proceed to the formation of cutlets. After dipping them in breadcrumbs, put them into a heated frying pan and fry them on both sides in oil.

As a result, we should get juicy cutlets with a ruddy crust. You can serve them with sour cream of any fat content.
