The recipe for tobacco chicken in the oven has changed a little over the years of its existence. The carcass of the chicken must be gutted and washed under running water, dried with napkins until the moisture is completely removed. Before you cook the chicken in the oven, you need to perform the following manipulations: on the carcass make cuts on the brisket and abdomen. To keep the kitchen in order and not to break the sterile cleanliness, the chicken should be placed in a plastic bag and a kitchen hammer to beat off the meat. Alternatively, the recipe for the tobacco chicken in the oven has undergone some changes only in the method of preparation. Actually, we are considering it.
