Meat in French is called a puff dish of cheese, actually meat and potatoes. It is interesting that to France it has a very doubtful relationship, not even indirect, but, in fact, no. But this does not spoil it at all. Potatoes in the oven with meat in French has a lot of variations, and each hostess chooses a recipe according to the taste and tastes of her loved ones.

The simplest still remains exquisite, and therefore it can be cooked for dinner, please the family, and served on the festive table.

Meat in French step by step

1. Potatoes (one kilogram) must be cleaned, finely chopped.

2. Lubricate the baking tray with oil and lay the cut potato plates.

3. Three large bulbs are also cut into large rings and layered on top of the potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. The pork slice is washed and cut into cubes. The recommended size is two by two, but it can be a bit larger. Meat is the third layer, which is also seasoned with salt and pepper and is generously flavored with mayonnaise.

5. The next and last layer is cheese. It (it will take about two hundred grams) is pre-rubbed on the grater.

6. The food can be put in the oven, which should be heated up to 180 degrees. Bake until ready is required from 45 minutes to one hour. The baking time depends on the size of the slicing and the oven itself.

1. Take a half kilogram of pork and cut across the fibers. The thickness of the pieces is from one and a half to two sentiments.

Prepare meat in French in the oven quite easily, the above recipes show. If you follow step by step advice, the masterpiece is simply guaranteed. Another option, how to diversify the delicious meat, adding to it a note of sweetness, is, of course, pineapple.

The recipe is:

1. Cut two or three onions into rings. As you can see, this step is present in every recipe. And no wonder: a good housewife knows that it is thanks to the onions that the meat will be juicy, tender and fragrant.

2. 500 grams of pork tenderloin cut into slices. Fight off. Salt and pepper.

3. 200 g of any hard cheese rubs on a large grater.

4. The baking tray is recommended to be lined with foil and then lubricated with vegetable oil. The bottom layer is a prepared onion.

5. Then pork is laid out and smeared with mayonnaise (it will take about two hundred grams, it is smeared twice, so use half of it).

6. The dish takes one medium can of canned pineapple. Remove liquid before use. Put the fruit on the meat pieces.

7. Lubricate the remaining mayonnaise again.

8. The top layer, as usual, is cheese.

9. For this recipe, the dish is baked for 30 minutes in the oven, heated to 180 degrees.

Tomatoes

Fresh tomatoes are another additional ingredient, from which potatoes in the oven with meat in French will only get better (if, of course, the vegetable is among your favorites).

1. To prepare this dish, you need 700 grams of pork neck. It should be discouraged through polyethylene film, then season with salt and pepper. You can also season with any other spices to taste.

2. Put the meat on a previously baking sheet or in a baking dish.

3. A pair of bulbs cut into rings or semirings, this is the next layer after the pork.

4. Tomatoes will need three or four pieces, depending on the size. They must be cut into plates and put onions on top, after lubricating with mayonnaise (about a hundred grams).

5. On top of rubbing cheese (a quarter of a kilo).

6. The dish is cooked for twenty-five minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. It is recommended not to serve immediately, but let it brew for about fifteen minutes. Meat in French with fresh tomatoes is combined with greens and any side dish.

The sauce can be prepared manually: you need sour cream and cheese (or feta cheese). The last ingredient should be kneaded, mixed with the first, add your favorite spices.
