Why do casseroles have so many fans? Perhaps, because fried food is not very useful, and cooked is not very tasty. While the dishes cooked in the oven are low-fat and have a unique taste and aroma. However, there is one minus - these casseroles can not be attributed to the dishes in a hurry.

Casseroles in the oven can be very different - cottage cheese, vegetable, meat, fish. And can be combined, at once from several kinds of products.

The recipe for a delicious curd casserole in the oven

For cooking you need: cottage cheese (500 g), 4 tbsp. Spoons of semolina, 3 eggs, vanillin, sugar and raisins. A handful of raisins are washed, poured with warm water and left to swell for half an hour. Separate the proteins from the yolks, yolks mixed with cottage cheese and mango, add a pinch of vanillin, softened raisins and 3 tbsp. Spoons of sugar. Proteins are beaten separately with a pinch of salt until a firm foam appears and gently kneads into the curd mass. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees, the mixture is transferred to a heat resistant mold, lubricated with butter. Bake for about 45 minutes, until cooked. Serve the casserole in a warm form, sprinkled with jam or sour cream.

The recipe for a very tasty casserole in an oven with potatoes and minced meat

For cooking, you need potatoes, milk, carrots, onions, cheese and spices. Potatoes are cleaned and cut into thin circles. Transfer it into a saucepan, salt, add a little vegetable oil and mix everything. Carrots are cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater and transferred to a skillet, the onions are crushed and combined with carrots, 200 g of ground meat are spread. Add a couple of spoons of vegetable oil and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Potatoes are spread in heat-resistant dishes, about 2/5 of the volume. On top put a layer of forcemeat with vegetables, a little podsalivayut. Close the remains of potatoes. In the milk, add spices and herbs to taste - basil, dill, parsley, hops-suneli and pour this casserole with milk. Closed dishes are put in the oven, heated to 220 degrees for 40 minutes. When the potatoes become soft, the dish is ready. A few minutes before the end of cooking, remove the lid and sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese. When the cheese melts, the dish can be removed. Potato casserole in the oven is especially tasty. It is served with sour cream.

Casseroles in the oven can be not only meat and curd. No less delicious are vegetable dishes.

Original Greek casserole

It will require: 300 g of zucchini and eggplant, carrots (1 pc.), 4 tomatoes, 1 stem of leeks and 2 stalks of celery, 4-5 spoons of canned peas, a pair of cloves of garlic, sour cream, spices, cheese and lemon.

For the marinade you will need: honey, balsamic vinegar, 4 tbsp. Tablespoons olive oil and basil. All the ingredients are mixed and filled with tomato sauce, cut into large slices. Leave them for impregnation for half an hour.

Carrots and zucchini are cleaned and cut into small circles. Zucchini - 0,8 cm thick, carrots 2 times thinner. Then they are boiled in water with the addition of lemon juice from one half of the lemon for 5-7 minutes.

Celery is cut into small pieces, the white part of the leek - thin rings. Add crushed garlic, 4 tbsp. Spoons of breadcrumbs, everything is mixed and sent to the fire for 2-3 minutes, so that the onion becomes transparent. Remove from heat, add grated cheese and mix again.

Casserole can be cooked not only in the oven, but also in the microwave. In some ways it is even more convenient - you can just set the cooking time and go about your business. The technics itself will be turned off at the right time.

The recipe for a casserole in a microwave oven does not differ much from the recipe for an oven. The dish is cooked in the grill mode. If it is cooked in the usual way, the products will be cooked to taste and can turn out to be overdried.
