A delicious chicken in the oven on the bank - you will like it!

From time immemorial, Slavic peoples preferred to eat cranes, ducks, partridges, poultry, which is the most interesting - it is traditionally customary to cook a whole carcass to serve to the table. Today we will consider several recipes for cooking a bird, it will be a chicken in the oven on the bank, as well as a chicken in a frying package, with a crisp crust.

Chicken in the oven on the bank

This recipe is passed on from generation to generation, it exists in virtually any cookbook of experienced hostesses, since this dish is beyond praise. Juicy, fragrant, soft chicken meat becomes so due to the fact that the bird itself is fried on a can. Chicken in the oven on the bank will be absolutely amazing, if you season the marinade with your favorite spices. So, we'll get to the recipe itself. We'll need a whole chicken or chicken, mayonnaise, a few cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, spices, peas and some laurel leaves.

We take our chicken and my good under a stream of running water, after which we let the water drain and dry the carcass with paper napkins. Finely chop slices of fresh garlic or let through garlic. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, salt and ground pepper in a separate bowl and carefully rub our chicken carcass inside and out with this mixture, leave it to marinate for at least half an hour. If you give the meat a good soak in the marinade, then the meat will turn out to be much juicier and softer.

Now take a 700-gram glass jar, which should be at any mistress somewhere on the mezzanine. Carefully inspect the jar, it should not have cracks, bubbles, chips, because the bank in the presence of damage can easily crack from the heat, and we get to dinner for a chicken in the oven with a crust, and the chicken in the oven with glass.

So, we were convinced that the bank is ideal for preparing a dish, pouring water into it for a third of the volume, throwing there a washed laurel leaf and a few peppercorns. Now we plant our chicken carcass from above on the jar, and so that the legs and wings do not crumple in different directions, we tie them together. Our chicken looks compact and ready for baking! It remains only to take a frying pan, pour a little water there, so that the fat does not burn, put our chicken on it in the pot and forget about it for an hour and a half while it is roasted in the oven. An important point - the oven does not need to heat, it should be cold when we put a chicken into it.

Chicken in the oven in the package

In another way, this dish is called "chicken in the sleeve", because we use the sleeve for baking. It is sold in any grocery hypermarket, in the same place as food foil, film. So, we need a few potatoes, onions, carrots, sweet peppers, spices and chicken. You can take chicken thighs, they will turn out juicier, but if you need to cook exactly the whole chicken, then it does not matter - thanks to a couple and cooking in your own juice, the whole carcass will also turn out very tasty. For the marinade you will need a standard set: mayonnaise, garlic, spices, salt, pepper. All this is mixed and thoroughly rub our carcass, let it stand for about 20 minutes for high-quality impregnation.

Now the most interesting and the simplest. We take all the vegetables, clean it, cut it large in an arbitrary form, even though the stars are cut out of potatoes. We throw all this in the sleeve for baking, we put the chicken on top and tie the package on both sides. We already have to wait for the preheated oven. We put the package there, leave to fry for 40 minutes. After this time, cut the top of the bag and straighten it lightly, to get a crust, crispy and ruddy. Done! We serve with vegetables, which were cooked in a package with chicken.
