You will need such ingredients: one pike, greens to taste, one lemon, two tomatoes, vegetable oil, one onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and various spices.

Pre-prepared and cleaned fish salt with salt and pepper, as well as spices. On the outside of the pike, apply a thin layer of mayonnaise. Then cut slices of lemon and greens (you can take dill, parsley or kizu) and the resulting mixture stuff a pike.

On the prepared baking sheet, lay the foil, previously lubricated with any vegetable oil. Next, place the pike on the foil and put the rings of tomatoes and onions on top. After that, gently wrap the foil in such a way that during the baking of fish, its juice does not flow out.

Choose such sour cream so that it is not very thick, otherwise dilute it with a little water. After the sour cream boils, squash the pike for about ten to fifteen minutes.

Then sprinkle the pike with finely chopped herbs and put it out for another five minutes. Well, that's it, a great useful dish is ready! Serve the baked pike on a large flat dish.
