Juicy beef in oven in foil

Beef has traditionally been in demand in our country. From it they cook roast, stew, cook soups and fry cutlets. But, perhaps, the most delicious dish, able to decorate not only dinner after work, but also a festive table, is beef in the oven in foil.

There is a reasonable question, why in foil? Can not you bake the meat on an open baking sheet? Of course, you can, many do. But foil has a number of significant advantages. Firstly, the meat is juicier and more tender, because the foil prevents the evaporation of water from the product. Secondly, this material allows you to achieve the effect of the Russian oven, the beef in the oven in the foil turns out to be more stewed than fried. Thirdly, meat can be cooked without adding oil, and, consequently, the dish turns low-fat and low-calorie. And fourthly, the baking sheet and the oven do not need to soak and wash after cooking.

Let's go directly to the recipes. Very delicious turns beef in the oven in the foil with champignons. To prepare this dish, you need a good piece of meat for 700-800 grams, 400 g of champignons, potatoes (8-10 pcs.), Spices, cream and vegetable oil.

Beef is cut into small pieces with a half-palm thickness of 1 cm. Beat, pepper and salt to taste. Then put the slices on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into thick rings, which are also fried until a golden crust appears. Mushrooms are washed, cleaned and cut into thin slices, fried for a couple of minutes, and then poured with cream. The dish is prepared portion by piece - for each sheet of foil separately put a piece of fried beef, on top of potatoes and mushrooms, a little pepper and salt. The foil is loosely wrapped so that there is a small space inside and put the prepared portions in the oven for half an hour. The temperature of baking is 200 degrees. Meat is served directly in the foil, spreading each portion on a plate separately.

Beef in the oven in the foil will be more juicy, if it is pre-marinated. For cooking you need: a pound of beef tenderloin, onion, pepper, salt, ketchup and sour cream. Meat is cut into pieces against fibers about a centimeter thick and slightly beaten. The bulb is cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater. Then it is mixed with salt, pepper, add 2 tbsp. Spoons of ketchup and sour cream. Meat is placed in a container and each piece is smeared with the resulting sauce from all sides. Then leave it for the night to marinate. If the cooking time is limited, then it can be put in the oven in half an hour, and not wait half a day. But in this case, it must be previously properly repulsed.

Meat is spread on small sheets of foil on 1-2 pieces, wrapped, leaving in the upper part of the gap for the exit of steam. Juicy beef in the oven baked for 40 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. A few minutes before the end of cooking, the foil is opened, and the temperature is raised to the maximum. This procedure will allow you to bake a delicious crust on beef.

Very good beef in the oven with cheese. For its preparation, 600 g of tenderloin, potatoes, loaf, onion, half a cup of milk, breadcrumbs, egg and cheese will be needed. Meat is cut into thin layers, which are well beaten. Potatoes are cleaned, boiled and cut into thin slices. Form for baking grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. The rusks are covered with a layer of onions, and beef is spread on top. Pieces of pepper, sprinkle with spices to taste and salt. Baton soaked in milk, mixed with egg and spread over beef. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a preheated oven. Serve the dish directly in the dishes in which it was prepared.
