Social work with older people on the basis of humanitarian technologies: the educational aspect

Preservation of qualitative specificity, along with the ordering of social processes, is one of the lasting characteristics of social management. Social care for the elderly remains a difficult, complex issue, and therefore ethical and etiquette technologies are relevant for many spheres of society. UNESCO promotes ethics as a practical philosophy on which social assistance is built for the elderly, and therefore, advocates the expansion of its presence in the educational process, promotes the study and development of this philosophical scientific discipline, popularizes the methods of its teaching. In addition to centering the attention of teachers on the modern applied nature of the teaching material and the wide variety of ways of its electronic presentation, UNESCO reminds the teacher of the importance of its appearance, the importance of correctness and behavior, how to organize the audience in an unauthoritative or non-hierarchical plan, how to diversify the topics and Didactic material to the lesson, how to interest students and about many other elements of the educational process.

In education, it is important not to be indifferent to your subject, and therefore teaching the basics of ethics is aimed at removing the abstract facial expression, at removing indifference at all stages of education. After all, the education of the middle level prepares the basic standard of future specialists of the highest level and the subsequent potential of the productive forces of the economy. Hence, from school stages one must learn the ethics of business communication or economic culture, business etiquette. Obviously, the defects in education in this plan are automatically transferred to the production sphere.

In the 21st century, at a time when the installation for the construction of moral capitalism has clearly become clear in all progressive countries and when social work with the elderly in particular and the social and ethical criterion in general become fundamental for all forms of professional production activity, ethics becomes Even more significant. Social work with the elderly is such a field of activity where adherence to international ethical norms and standards is the main goal and complexity of communication. In addition to educational needs in accordance with new economic technologies, five promising areas of business ethics were formed:

1) ethics in the field of new technologies;

2) the ethics of global relationships;

3) ethics of various organizational structures;

4) socio-economic ethics (ethics of optical-cable communication, Internet ethics, ethics of preferential communication, offshore ethics);

5) environmental ethics or environmental ethics.

Social work with the elderly is an activity where it is important to know the laws of rhetoric (today it is important to be able to freely express an idea, make presentations of reports, appeals), skills of managing ethical and cultural diversity, and the ability to form ethical parameters of your corporate culture. Ethics are important in organizing work in the whole of its expanding flow of information, technology, capital, goods, services and human resources; knowledge of etiquette techniques is needed to resolve conflicts in the event that there is a discrepancy between opinions and interests between partners and discussing parties. Social work with the elderly includes a variety of ethical strategies that are needed to think through, analyze and then influence partners, to sharpen the technique of negotiations, to develop principles for cooperation. There must be a decision-making model that could ethically preserve the interests of all participants in economic relations.

The international community tells us that we need to be happy about creating the ideal ethical services. A new ethical and socially successful type of them should be guided by: code and code of conduct, decision-making models, measures of efficiency, ethics of partnership, corporate culture. Corporate culture in this sense includes problems of socio-cultural leisure, which helps the employee to differentiate the workplace and place of rest, to develop the habit of non-conflict attitude to society.

Knowledge and use of ethical technologies is aimed at improving the organization and processes of public administration of these and other spheres. These technologies are important for regulating and improving social development in order to bring social work to the path of sustainable development.
