A marvelous salad with olives

Until recently, olives and olives were more used in Mediterranean cuisine. Salad with olives takes their rightful place on the table with every meal in Greece, Italy and Turkey. And for good reason. Salad with olives should appear in the menu as often as possible. Moreover, there are many recipes for his preparation, and everyone can choose the right one for himself. Consider several options for dishes with olives:

  • Salad with black olives and chicken.

We need one leg (smoked or boiled), one hundred grams of cheese, one Bulgarian pepper, one egg, half a can of olives (without pits), a can of pickled marinated, mayonnaise. Remove the chicken meat from the bone and cut into strips. Bulgarian peppers are cleaned from the stems and seeds, after which we thinly sliced. Eggs boil, cool and chop. From olives and mushrooms merge brine. If the mushrooms are small, then put them in the salad whole, if large - cut. Olives turn into rings. Brynza is cut into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and let the salad stand for half an hour, then merge the formed liquid. Season with mayonnaise, mix well and transfer to a salad bowl. We decorate with mushrooms and fresh herbs.

  • Salad with black olives and cheese.

Olives are perfectly combined with cheese of any kind. This salad requires three hundred grams of any cheese, a large green apple, three hundred grams of olives, two Bulgarian peppers of different colors, fresh basil. Grind the cheese on a grater. From the olives merge the brine and cut them into circles. Green apple is peeled and cut into strips. Bulgarian pepper is cleared of seeds and cut into strips. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with mayonnaise or olive oil at will. Ready salad with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Salad with black olives and potatoes.

For this recipe, you need half a kilogram of small potatoes, one hundred grams of olives, one red onion, one hundred grams of fresh parsley, half a lemon, olive oil, red pepper, zira, paprika and salt. Boil the small potatoes entirely in salted water, after which we cool and peel. We prepare a dressing from olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Add to the dressing zira and paprika. We put the potatoes in a deep salad bowl and water them with a dressing. Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings. Olives are cut into two or four parts. We cut the parsley. We put olives, onion and parsley on potatoes. Before serving, it is cooled for half an hour.

  • Italian salad.

For this dish, we prepare two hundred grams of olives, two hundred grams of ham, four salted cucumbers, one red onion, one hundred grams of breadcrumbs with garlic flavor and mayonnaise. We make thin straw from the ham. Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings. Olives are cut into several parts. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise. We decorate the salad with croutons.

  • Vegetable salad with black olives.

We take four tomatoes, three hundred grams of fresh cucumbers, two hundred grams of corn, one red onion, two cloves of garlic, half a lemon, one hundred grams of cheese, one hundred grams of olives, fresh greens and olive oil. We cut cucumbers and tomatoes in large half rings. Onions are peeled from the husks and finely chopped. Garlic makes a lot of it. Olives are cut into two or four pieces. Cheese is cut into small pieces. Greenery finely chopped. We take a beautiful deep salad bowl and mix all the ingredients. We fill with salted olive oil. Before serving, we decorate with olives and greens.
