Cholesterol is a lipid, that is a fatty substance. They form an important part of the outer shell, that is, the cell membrane in the body of animals. In the human body, cholesterol can get in several ways: along with food and produced by the human liver itself.

Diet with high cholesterol does not require special preparation, it is enough just to limit the intake of fats of animal origin. It is enough to follow the following rules:

1. It is necessary to limit the intake of foods that promote increased cholesterol. This - dairy products with high fat content, sausages, margarine, fish eggs, fat pork and the main thing to forget about different hamburgers.

2. Exclude homemade baking. From flour it is desirable to eat only bread from flour of deep grinding.

3. Meat is recommended chicken and veal, but the portion should be in the finished form not more than 100 gr.

4. The main food products should be fruits and vegetables.

5. The meal should be divided into several meals in small portions.

6. Of drinks, tea is recommended, preferably green.

7. From cereals, special attention is paid to oatmeal, which has the property of reducing cholesterol, especially on an empty stomach.

A diet with high cholesterol is clearly needed. With its help, a reduction in the amount of cholesterol in the blood is achieved, such a diet should be observed for a minimum of a week, and I have to extend for another 2-3 weeks to fix the result.

A diet with high cholesterol can be stopped when the desired result is achieved and this effect is fixed. To do this, you need to undergo appropriate tests to determine the level of cholesterol in the blood.

Diet with elevated cholesterol helps reduce its level in the blood and significantly reduces the risk of stroke and heart attack.

Many people do not think that nature has given us a number of products that lower the level of cholesterol in the blood. Products that lower cholesterol in the blood are very diverse, below are the most common of them:

- a good property of splitting and the withdrawal of cholesterol oatmeal.

- oranges - are equipped with pectin (iron-like substance). Pectin has the ability to envelop cholesterol, that is, cover it with a film and remove it from the body

- very useful pistachio nuts, which contain many nutrients of plant origin, blocking the absorption of cholesterol by the body

- Bean products are useful, for example beans

- Pay attention to greenery, in particular spinach, which contains a lot of lutein.

- sardines contain fatty acids of the Omega-3 group, which very qualitatively reduce cholesterol in the blood.

- sweet joy for the heart - dark chocolate, which contains many antioxidants.

With increased cholesterol, traditional medicine is very helpful. Cooked infusions and decoctions quite effectively lower the level of cholesterol.

Menu with increased cholesterol:

Morning - oatmeal porridge cooked on the water, a piece of toaster bread, one baked apple, 100 g of cooked beans and a glass of milk.

Lunch - boiled egg, a small slice of bread, 75gr boiled chicken, salad with fresh vegetables.

Dinner - 75 grams of boiled fish, a portion of boiled potatoes and greens.

Dessert - a glass of white or red wine

Or - diet cracker or bread.
