Cut zucchini into 2 parts, remove the seeds and choose the pulp with a fork or just hands.

But it's better to cut the large zucchini and remove the seeds from the raw ones. Then cut into segments with a size of 12-15 cm. This length will be "spaghetti" in a plate. Dip into boiling water and cook in it until soft. It is very important not to digest them to preserve the structure. Then just mash with a fork and fill with your favorite sauce squash-spaghetti. How to cook the vegetable itself is clear, but with it you can still make and different dishes.

With meat sauce

While the zucchini will be baked or boiled, it is possible to prepare for it not a dietary and non-vegetarian meat sauce. This will make vegetable spaghetti similar to the real ones. It will require 500 grams of minced meat, 2-3 fleshy and juicy tomatoes, 2 onions, bell pepper, greens, salt and spices to taste and desire.

Such "spaghetti" with cheese can be made as from an Italian restaurant. Just need to use to make garlic, basil and, of course, grated Parmesan.
