Every year in the autumn on our table there is a delicious dietary product - zucchini. Despite the fact that they are most often cooked with caviar, we want to offer snacks that will suit even the festive table. Preparation of zucchini does not take much time and effort.

Appetizer with garlic and cheese

It is necessary to take:

- One small zucchini.

- Cheese hard grades - fifty grams.

- The green of parsley.

- A couple of cloves of garlic.

- Ginger in powder.

- Salt, oil, flour.

Preparation of zucchini does not take long. Wash the vegetables, cut into plates a few millimeters thick. Top with a little ginger. Cheese grate. Punch small chop, garlic or chop, or pass through the press. Stir greens and garlic with cheese. Oil pour into a frying pan and heat. - Seasonings to taste.

The preparation of zucchini by this method does not require much time and products. Peel the vegetable and grate it without seeds. Then add eggs and seasonings, flour. Stir. Fry in a frying pan without oil on both sides until cooked.

Saute with almonds

It is necessary to take:

- Two spoons of butter.

- Grated almonds - two spoons.

- Two squash.

- Condiments.

- Hard cheese.

Fry the grated almonds in a frying pan with butter for a couple of minutes. Cut the vegetables into thin strips and add to almonds. Stir, add seasoning. At the end of the meal, put the grated cheese. Serve hot.

Classic honeycomb sauce

It is necessary to take:

- Three squash.

- Three tomatoes.

- Two onions.

"One carrot."

- Greenery.

- Butter.

"Garlic."

- Condiments.

Rinse all vegetables and clean. Cut into small cubes. Remove the peel from the tomato. Fry the onions, peppers and carrots for a few minutes in oil. Then to them put zucchini and tomatoes, cook until ready. At the end of the preparation, add spices and garlic, greens. You can serve both cold and hot.

Cold appetizer

It is necessary to take:

- Courgettes.

"Garlic."

- Butter.

- Tomatoes.

- Shrimp.

- Mayonnaise.

- Greenery.

- Butter.

Cut the vegetables into slices and fry until a nice crust is in the frying pan. Garlic finely chop and warm in the oven with butter. Finely chop the tomatoes. Shrimp the boil, peel and mix with butter and garlic. Place the fried zucchini on a plate. On top of them put the cut tomatoes and shrimp with butter. Lubricate with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs.

Preparing dishes from courgettes does not really take a lot of time. Depending on the components of the dish, you can spend on it for ten minutes or an hour. But with a small set of products they are prepared quite quickly. This universal vegetable is convenient to cook when you do not have enough time, but you want to eat something low-fat, low-calorie and useful.
