A minute of the athlete's performance is a watch of grueling training in the gym, and the slightest mistake can erase all the hopes and aspirations to which they have been going for years.

The Russian national gymnastics team brought together the strongest athletes, who applaud thousands of fans around the world. One such talent is Denis Ablyazin - five-time prize-winner of the Olympic tournaments.

The beginning of the way

The future champion was born in Penza in 1992 (August 3). Since childhood, Denis has been attracted to various kinds of sports: he enjoyed cycling, dreamed about the career of a hockey player and football player, but fate decreed differently. Once in the gym, Denis Ablyazin was no longer able to leave, without proving, above all to himself, that he deserved the highest awards.
