Tourists staying at the Oktyabrskaya Hotel, as good as the hotel, stand out for their good location (in the historical part of the city, right on the main avenue of the city of Pskov), excellent furniture in the rooms and a decent condition of bedding (bed linen and towels), TVs in all Rooms and satellite TV, new plumbing and inexpensive guarded parking (only 120 rubles per day).

As a disadvantage is allocated a small area of rooms and a small refrigerator: there is not much to put in such a refrigerator. However, all these shortcomings are covered by the fact that the hotel is located fifteen minutes from the famous Pskov Kremlin. Near the hotel there are a large number of different restaurants, cafes and not very large, but insanely beautiful park.

In addition, the guests are noted by friendly friendly staff, ready to listen carefully to any wishes and immediately fulfill any request. The hotel has a separate room with a washing machine: the laundry will cost the guest 250 rubles. There is also a place for drying clothes and an iron with an ironing board. On each floor there are coolers, which is also very convenient.

Some negative reviews of the guests about the hotel were due to the lack of hot water in the room (with such a problem guests encountered on the 4th floor of the hotel), or with a barely warm jet of water instead of hot (such a problem arose on the 3rd floor). Still guests noted the unpleasant sharp smell of paint. However, this problem arose only once.

Many tourists are delighted with a small souvenir stall located right in the lobby of the hotel where you can buy various gifts to relatives, friends and even yourself at low prices. In general, guests speak of the hotel positively: clean, tidy, cozy, without extra frills. The hotel is quiet and peaceful: guests can relax and enjoy the silence both during the day and at night.
