Violation of intraventricular conduction - what is it? Local disturbance of intraventricular conduction

One of the most common pathologies to date is the violation of intraventricular conduction. What does it mean? The rhythm is lost, the conductivity of the vessels decreases. The cause of such an unpleasant disorder is the breakdown of certain functions of contraction of the heart muscle, such as automatism, contractility, conductivity, excitability.

What is this pathology?

The term "violation of intraventricular conduction of the heart" means that one to three beams of the system do not function correctly. There are cardiac blockades - barriers that prevent the normal passage of nerve impulses of the main muscle of the body. For example, the processes of the heart slow down, the rhythm is less often, in special cases, a complete stop can occur.

The main characteristic that tells us about the presence of a violation is the appearance of a cardiac blockade (complete or partial). In the first case, the nerve impulse is completely absent and the contractile work stops. With partial blockade, slow activity is observed, the pulse frequency decreases.

Among other things, such a disease, depending on the site of the lesion is divided into:

  • Blockade of the legs of the Hiss beam;
  • Intracardiac blockade;
  • AV blockade;
  • Proximal;
  • Distal.

Why there is a violation of cardiac intragastric conduction

Of course, a person asks a question about the cause of the violation of intraventricular conduction. What could it be? There are a number of prerequisites that contribute to the development of pathology:

  1. Changes in the work of the cardiovascular system, not accompanied by organic abnormalities.
  2. Patient-induced diseases, such as congenital malformation, ischemia, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy.
  3. The effect of the operation on the heart vessels.
  4. Negative influence of medicinal preparations, side effects.

Symptoms of the disease

To suspect an impairment of intraventricular conduction in a child and an adult is possible if you identify the following problems in your health:

  • The palpitation increases - tachycardia is detected;
  • Heart beat misses;
  • Reduction of the heart muscle is chaotic;
  • Pain in the heart as in angina pectoris;
  • Shortness of breath, fainting, dizziness - poor blood supply to the brain.

If such symptoms are of concern, it is necessary to urgently consult a specialist and make an appointment, where the diagnosis can be refuted or confirmed, depending on what the ECG shows of the heart and other tests.

How is the diagnosis

In order to accurately determine the violation of patency in the first stage, doctors use an electrocardiograph. If rhythmic discrepancies are found, Holter monitoring is performed - a specialized type of ECG. The third stage will be the study of the locality of the pathology with the help of the electrogram of the Giss beam.

Some medical tests that determine the local violation of intraventricular conduction, suggest samples with physical exertion. Thanks to them, it is possible to establish an accurate picture of the course of the disease and to find out what kind of heart blockage accompanies pathology. On how well diagnosed diagnostics will be, treatment will depend.

Treatment of cardiac intragastric obstruction

To cure intraventricular blockade, most patients are prescribed cardiac glycoside. An exception can be made by patients suffering from atrioventicular blockade of the first or second degree, they prescribe the drug with extreme caution. To reduce the risk of cardiac arrest in patients who are afraid to administer glycoside, a probe-electrode is inserted into the cavity of the right ventricle of the doctor. This measure is rather preventive.

If the situation worsens, for example, the occurrence of a myocardial infarction, immediately inject a probe. At first, treatment is reduced to eliminating the cause of the disease, and only then begins to work on alleviating the symptoms.

Prevention of disease

It is very important to make timely preventive measures to strengthen the vascular system, even if you do not have an intraventricular conduction disorder. What does this give? First of all it reduces the risk of the disease. Any violation in the body is better prevented than then fight it. The main measures that people need to observe at any age:

  1. Walking in the fresh air is a guarantee of good blood supply to all vital organs, including the heart. Fresh air oxygenates the tissues and cells.
  2. A balanced diet enriched with potassium and vitamins. In general, the use of healthy food adds strength, energy and health.
  3. Compliance with the regime of the day - if it is good to get enough sleep, eat at the same time, the well-being improves significantly, and the risk of diseases becomes much lower.
  4. Non-intensive exercise, which is very important - daily. Easy jogging, gymnastics, gymnastics, yoga.
  5. Unusual exercise by power sports, especially bodybuilding, it has a fairly negative effect on the blood vessels of the heart.
  6. As it is banal, less stress and experience. Constant emotional stress is detrimental to the heart muscle.
  7. Annual holiday at sea. If there is such an opportunity, then it should be used. A two-week trip to clean, salty, mineral-enriched water restores both the physical and psychological state of a person. If you can not go to the sea, you just need to rest yourselves in nature. A trip to the forest will be a worthy alternative to the sea breeze.
  8. Timely examination in a medical institution. It is better not to ignore even the slightest discomfort when it comes to the health of the heart muscle.

Knowingly the heart muscle is called a motor. It regulates most of the processes and supplies vital organs with blood. To the heart is treated with special trepidation. While it beats and does not bother, we sometimes do not give due importance to its motor. But everyone knows that if there are health problems, including a violation of intraventricular conduction, that it simply disbalances. Therefore, it would be much better not to run your own health.
