Language in our time is considered a delicacy. It has a delicate and delicate taste and is also very nutritious. Basically, the preparation of dishes use beef tongue and very rarely pork. Here everything depends on your preference.

Before starting the preparation, it should be soaked for a while in cold water. Do this to make it easier to clean and rinse. After that, boil with the addition of a variety of spices and, of course, salt. Cook the tongue for three hours. Determine the readiness can be simple, it is enough to pierce it with a fork. If the tongue is soft, then you can take it out of the pan. After letting it cool down a bit, carefully peel the skin, making sure that meat is not removed with it.

And then we act according to the chosen recipe. You can serve it as a separate dish, prepare a salad from the tongue or make a delicious casserole. I offer several delicious and original recipes with the addition of this delicacy.

Salad from the tongue

It is prepared quite simply and quickly. Due to its appearance, it is perfect for a solemn table.

For its preparation we need: a half-kilogram of beef or pork tongue, marinated mushrooms in a jar, four eggs, green peas (frozen), a piece of hard cheese, mustard, mayonnaise, salt.

Preparation: Rinse thoroughly with a hard brush and clean the tongue. Spread it in a saucepan, pour cold water and put on a big fire. After the water boils, we remove the foam, salt, reduce the heat and cook for about three hours. Check the readiness can puncture the tip of the tongue with a fork, if it came in easily, then it's time to remove from the fire.

Then take out the finished delicacy and put it in cold water, where carefully peel the skin and cut into slices.
Champignons cut into cubes.
Eggs boil in a steep and rub on a large grater.
Cheese is also grated on a grater.
Cucumbers cut into small pieces.

The next salad with tongue and mushrooms is very unusual, if only because it is served in a warm form. It is prepared quickly enough and turns out very tasty and satisfying.

To prepare it you will need: tongue, mushrooms, asparagus beans, onion, mustard, pepper, sesame, salt.

Preparation: thoroughly rinse our delicacy and boil until ready in slightly salted water. We remove the prepared tongue from the pan and, keeping it under a stream of cold water, clean it from the skin. We cut it with thin straws. Mushrooms cut into large pieces and fry with onion rings on olive oil.

Boil the asparagus beans in salted water and put into a cup of tongue and mushrooms. All products must be warm.

In a frying pan, where fried mushrooms with onions, spread out two tablespoons of mustard and add one ladle of any broth. All well mixed and brought to a boil. With this sauce pour the salad from the tongue with mushrooms and serve it warm.

As a decoration, sprinkle with sesame seeds. To improve their taste, heat them on a hot frying pan for five minutes and stir constantly.
