  10. Beverages. Juices. Coffee with milk. Broths of a dogrose. Tea.

Food to be excluded

It is necessary to abandon nutrition that can harm the body. From the diet are excluded:

  1. Flour products. Give up fresh bread. Forbidden fried cakes. Baking, puff pastry.
  2. Broths. Contraindicated fish, meat, mushroom soups. Green cabbage soup, okroshka.
  3. Bird and meat. Fatty grades. Excludes goose, duck. Kidneys, liver, brain. Canned food, sausages, smoked products.
  4. A fish. Fatty species. Canned food. Do not eat smoked, salted fish.

  • Dinner. Prepare the mashed potatoes. White sauce. Boiled fish. Compote of rose hips.

Day 4

  • Snack. Rosehip broth with cookies.
  • Dinner. Cook the cheese cakes. Sour cream. Omelette (protein). Mineral water.
  • Before bedtime. Drink a glass of yogurt.

It should be understood that this is only an approximate diet. Table number 5, menu, recommendations for food intake, options for heat treatment of products can be prescribed only by a doctor.

Diet for children

In the period of acute hepatitis, the child is usually prescribed table number 5. For children with this disease, diet 5a is more suitable. It allows to provide high-grade nutrition with pronounced inflammations in the liver and biliary tract.
