Celery diet: seven kilos in two weeks

Edible are all parts of the plant - stems, leaves and roots. In leaves there is a large volume of carotene and vitamin C, the roots are rich in potassium, phosphorus and calcium. Also, the celery contains glutamic and nicotinic acids, the stem is saturated with sodium chloride, which makes it possible not to add salt to the dishes due to the plant.

Folk recipes recommend adding stalks of celery as a salt replacement for gallbladder anomalies and kidney pathologies, with salt deposits in the joints. Plant roots are used as homeopathic remedies for diseases of the reproductive system, they have fortifying properties and have a diuretic effect.

A celery diet will not only help to relieve annoying kilograms, but also will enhance immunity, improve the overall tone of the whole organism. Duration of reception of the vegetable is two weeks. At this time, the menu should include a special celery soup, vegetables and a small amount of protein products, in addition, the use of non-carbonated mineral water is allowed.

Diet on the soup of celery implies the use of this dish at least three to four times a day. To make soup, take 200 grams of celery root, a small amount of white cabbage, a pair of green peppers, 6 violet onion, 6 carrots and tomatoes, and a half liter of tomato juice. All the ingredients must be finely chopped, sent to a pan, filling them with juice. After, the vegetables should be brought to a boil on high heat, while stirring regularly, and boil for another ten minutes. Then the pan should be covered with a lid and boil the soup for another ten minutes.

The following recipe, on which the diet will be based on a celery soup. It is necessary to finely chop a bunch of green celery, medium fork of cabbage, Bulgarian pepper, 6 bulbs and two tomatoes. In the soup, you can add a little spices. Vegetables are poured in three liters of water and boiled for 20 minutes.
It is worth remembering that the celery diet does not allow the use of sweets, flour products, pickles, carbonated and alcoholic beverages.

A standard celery diet includes the following menus for each day.
Beginning: celery soup, fruits are allowed, bananas excluded.
The second day: soup and raw vegetables.
The third day: soup, fresh vegetables are allowed, for dinner you can cook one potato in a uniform.
Fourth day: soup, you can banana no more than three pieces, one liter of kefir or yogurt.
Fifth day: soup, a choice of boiled beef, chicken or lean fish (not more than 700 grams)
Sixth day: soup, boiled fish or meat to 350 grams, vegetables.
Seventh day: lentil soup, raw vegetables, a small portion of dark boiled rice.
The second week implies a similar diet. Thus, the celery diet allows you to lose from 5 to 7 kilograms.
