To prepare this dish, you will need:

  1. 500 grams of meat. In this case, you can use beef or lamb.
  2. Carrots - a few pieces.
  3. Onion - two heads.
  4. Chili - one pod.
  5. Bulgarian pepper - one pod.
  6. A few chicken eggs.
  7. 8 cloves of garlic.
  8. Zira and salt - a teaspoonful.
  9. 100 grams of tomato paste.
  10. 400 grams of noodles.
  11. 130 milliliters of vegetable oil.
  12. Greens to taste. In the dish you can add coriander dill and onions.

Preparation of products

So, how to cook fried lagman? Preparation, step by step, will avoid mistakes. The main thing is to observe consistency. First you should boil the noodles, preferably in salted water. After cooking, the product should be thrown in a colander and leave to drain. If necessary, you can wash the noodles with cold water. This will not allow the product to stick together. After the excess fluid drains, you can shift the noodles into another container and set aside.

To get a delicious roasted lagman, you need to properly prepare the sauce. To do this, it is necessary to peel the onion from the husks, and then cut it into semi-rings. In Bulgarian pepper and chili, remove the pedicels and all the seeds. Carrots and garlic should be cleaned. All products need to be washed. After that, peppers and carrots should be cut into neat cubes. Garlic can be passed through the press. Lamb or beef should be washed, and then cut into small pieces in 1 centimeter.

Cooking

Cooking roasted lagman better in a pan with non-stick coating and a fairly thick bottom. The container should be placed on a fire and poured into it 120 milliliters of sunflower oil. After the vegetable fat is heated, it is necessary to put in a frying pan pieces of meat. When the product is fried, you can pour into the container earlier cut peppers, onions, carrots. Everything must be fried again, and then mixed with the prepared sauce.
