Pies with rice and egg from a yeast dough

Composition

For the test, you will need:

Preparation of yeast pies

In order to make pies with eggs and rice, you must first prepare the spoon, from which later will be kneaded dough. It is prepared as follows. In preheated milk yeast, sugar (one spoonful of the dining room) and a little flour are added, everything is thoroughly mixed and put in a warm place for an hour. Then add the remaining sugar, flour and salt to the spoon - the dough is kneaded, which will need to be placed for one and a half to two hours in a warm place. As necessary, the dough should be kneaded. After the necessary time has passed, the dough is taken out of the container, in which it was located, and is well mixed, rolled into strata four to five millimeters thick and cut into squares.

To prepare the filling you need:

- Peel the onion, then cut into cubes, then pass in vegetable oil for about five to seven minutes;

- Cook the eggs separately, cool and finely chop;

- then mix the rice with eggs, onions and seasoning.

Finished filling is decomposed into test squares and wrapped in them. Bake pies with rice and eggs should be at a temperature of two hundred degrees about half an hour.

Patties with rice from dough on sour milk

Composition

For this test, you will need:

- milk sour or kefir - half a liter;

- soda - a teaspoon (one);

- salt - quite a bit;

- eggs - one piece;

- flour - as much as will absorb the milk.

To make a pie filling, you will need:

- boiled rice (almost ready) - one glass;

- eggs (cooked) - three pieces;

- greenery (different) - bunch;

- butter (cream) - if desired;

- carrots (boiled) - one piece (medium).

Cooking

Milk must be combined with soda, then add salt and egg. All should be carefully mixed. Accurately adding flour, knead the dough. It should not be very cool. Then the dough is rolled out and divided into squares. From the rice, carrots, greens and eggs, the filling is prepared. Eggs and carrots are rubbed on the grater. The greens are chopped small enough. All ingredients are mixed - the filling is obtained. In each square you put in the right amount of filling and a small piece of butter, so pies will be juicier. Then everything is wrapped in a dough - a patty is formed. Bake patties with rice and eggs need twenty (twenty-five) minutes at a temperature of one hundred and eighty-one hundred and ninety degrees.

Pies with rice, egg and sausage

The test requires:

- Warm water - two glasses;

- flour - about, kilogram;

- yeast (fresh) - sixty grams;

- sugar - one hundred twenty grams;

- vegetable oil - one hundred grams.

For the filling you will need:

- boiled rice - a glass or two;

- sausage - one hundred - two hundred grams;

- onions - one piece (passivated);

- eggs - one - two pieces (boiled).

Preparation

From the ingredients from the item "For the test it is required", the usual yeast dough is mixed, it should stand for a while in the heat (about one hour). From the ingredients from the item "For filling it will be required" the filling is prepared. Eggs and sausages are cut into cubes and mixed with the rest of the products. From the test, squares are formed, inside which the filling is embedded. Bake cakes should be about half an hour (maybe a little more) at an oven temperature of two hundred degrees.
