A gentle recipe

Baked in foil

Usually the emphasis is on the fish. But sometimes this approach can be considered a mistake. It is often more correct to say "beans with fish." The recipe that we will offer, considers it to be the main ingredient. A pound of string bean should be pre-blanched and drained. Then take the foil, which is smeared with a mixture of tomato paste with chopped basil; On it is laid out a quarter of the whole amount of beans, and on top - half a kilo of fish (take the divided fillet, it is better baked). The fillet is sprinkled with olive oil and lemon juice, flavored with pepper, salt and other spices. The foil is wrapped, and this procedure is repeated four times - as a result, you should get 4 bundles, in which there are sea fish with beans.
