  • Raw goat's milk - 2 liters.
  • Salt - 2.5 tbsp. L.
  • Dill in dried form - 1 tsp.
  • Garlic - 1 tsp.

To cook goat cheese at home at a rate of about 3 people, you need to start with the main ingredient. Heat the milk in a deep saucepan, without forgetting to stir constantly with a spoon. All this must be done on low heat. Sour cream must be thoroughly beaten with salt and eggs. To get a homogeneous mass, use a mixer. This will also significantly shorten cooking time. The resulting mixture should be added to a saucepan with warm milk. All this is heated to near the boiling point. Stirring with a spoon, we simmer on slow fire for another 5 minutes. Prepare the sieve by putting gauze on the bottom. To make the cheese from goat's milk, the recipe of which you are now studying, got rid of excess moisture, the fabric must be folded in at least two layers. Add the basil, dill, and dried garlic to the pan. Stir the mass thoroughly. Pour all into a sieve.
