If you want to get more acquainted with this delicacy, then it is not necessary to buy it, you can cook it yourself. Moreover, it is very easy to do this. Home sherbet is not worse than the purchase, but you can cook it as much as you want. This eastern sweetness will surely appeal to the kids, and guests who look to you for a spark can hardly resist.

Well, now it remains to learn how to prepare sherbet. I will say at once that there are different ways, besides, traditional recipes are constantly changing, acquiring a completely new taste. In principle, you yourself will now make sure that the sherbet is very different.

Recipe for sherbet N1: for tea

Ingredients: 200 g walnuts, 400 g cookies, 250 ml cream, milk candy "cow" - 400 g.

Preparation: chop the biscuits into a crumb, fry the walnut to a golden color and break into pieces by hand. Put the sweets and cream in a saucepan, put on fire and wait for the caramel to melt. Remove from heat, add nuts and cookies. Stir the mass and put it in a mold, covered with a film. Cool and put overnight in the refrigerator. Before serving, cut into slices.

Recipe for sherbet N2: ice cream

Ingredients: 800 fresh or frozen berries (any), 1 orange, 2-3 tablespoons honey, mint for decoration, pinch of vanillin

Preparation: berries, honey, vanillin and orange juice grind well in a blender, put in a bowl and put in the freezer.

Recipe for sherbet N3: lemon drink

Ingredients: 3 lemons, 3 glasses of water, 2-3 glasses of sugar.

Preparation: peel, removed from the lemon, chop and dry. Dissolve sugar in the water and cook the sugar syrup. Add the zest to it and cook for 3 more minutes. Pour in the syrup all the lemon juice. Serve to the table in a refrigerated state.

Recipe for sherbet N4: orange

Ingredients: 4, 5 cups of orange juice, 150 g of sugar, a peel of one lemon.

Preparation: pour the juice into an enamel saucepan, add sugar and cook until a thick syrup turns out (about 20-25 minutes). Pour chopped lemon zest and cook for a couple of minutes. Strain the syrup through gauze, chill and pour into bottles. If desired, you can add ice and water.

Recipe for sherbet N5: milky

Ingredients: 200 ml of milk, 100 g of vanilla filling, 60 ml of pineapple juice, yolk of two eggs, 20 ml of lemon syrup.

Preparation: put in a glass of ice cream. Mix the pineapple juice with a mixer, lemon syrup, yolks and chilled milk (it is better to take the pasteurized milk). Pour into ice cream and mix well.

Recipe for sherbet N6: chocolate

Ingredients: chocolate bar, 180 ml of vanilla syrup, 1 yolk, 50 g of coffee ice cream.

Preparation: cook the chocolate, beat the yolks well. Mix all the ingredients. To cool.

As you can see, there are many recipes, they are all different, but they are united by one: an unbelievable aroma and taste, which, for one instant, returns each of us to a carefree and joyful childhood. No sweet tooth can resist such a yummy.
