The cassette ceiling is light and very easy to maintain. To replace one or more fragments, there is absolutely no need to disassemble the entire system. Each panel has an autonomous fastening, which allows rational use of empty space between the base surface of the ceiling and the suspension system. For example, in this cavity it is possible to lay various engineering communications and have constant free access to them. In addition, with the help of a suspended system of this type, it is easy to increase the degree of heat and sound insulation of the room by laying a layer of the corresponding material inside the structure.

High hygienic properties of cassette ceilings allow using them even in laboratories and operating rooms. Unlike other systems of this type, they do not attract dust, are not prone to rotting, the formation of fungal and mold cultures, which allows us to speak about the high environmental compatibility of cassette suspended ceiling systems.
