Here and now we will tell you how to cook green tomatoes in apple juice. Necessary ingredients: two kilograms of green tomatoes, a liter of apple juice and one spoon of salt. So, we separate the stems from our vegetables, then squeeze the juice out of the apples, add salt and boil it. If the marinade turns sour, you can add a little sugar. We send tomatoes to washed jars and fill them with boiling pour. If desired, put a little spices: peas sweet and black pepper, bay leaf, dill, a sprig of mint. Then put the jars in a large pan, send it to the fire and boil it. Sterilize eight minutes. We take out jars of green tomatoes from the tank and roll them up.
