Gentle bun dough

Dough for buns with salt and cumin

There are times when you need salty pastries or simple snack buns. Then this variant of the dough preparation is perfect. We need four hundred grams of wholemeal flour. You can use a mixture of wheat and rye flour. It is also necessary to prepare a glass of milk, a packet of fast yeast, fifty grams of any vegetable oil, one teaspoon of sugar, a tablespoon of honey, half a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of anise and cumin mixture.

We heat the milk. We dissolve yeast, sugar and honey in it. With a liquid base, we mix salt, oil, a mixture of spices and flour. We knead the dough to a homogeneous state, then cover with a napkin and leave for 1.5 hours.

Lubricate the baking tray with oil. The form of round buns small size and put them side by side with each other. Let's stand for another half hour. Lubricate the surface of the blanks with egg or milk and send it for 15 minutes to a heated oven.
