Beef baked in the oven

For cooking dishes of meat used chicken, pork, beef are some other types of meat. Each of them is useful and tasty in its own way. In this article, I would like to highlight the recipes, with which you can deliciously cook beef in the oven. After all, with the right preparation, such meat is always juicy, soft and fragrant.

Beef baked in the oven with potatoes

To prepare this dish you will need these ingredients:

  • Beef - 0.6 kg;
  • Water - 1 l;
  • Flour - 1 table spoon;
  • Tomato paste - 1 table spoon;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 table spoons;
  • Potatoes - 6 pieces;
  • Cheese - 120 g;
  • Crushed breadcrumbs - 1 table spoon;
  • Salt, herbs.

First, you need to boil the beef meat to the full. Peel and boil the whole potatoes, then cool and cut into small slices. Chop onion finely and fry, then add the tomato paste and fry for a few more minutes.

After that, dilute the flour in a spoonful of vegetable oil, then fry and dilute with broth, where the meat was boiled. All this boil about 15 minutes. Add the onions to the broth, then boil for another 15 minutes.

Form the baking paste a little oil and sprinkle on top with breadcrumbs. Beef, cut into pieces, put on the bottom. Then top with a potato and pour over all the onion sauce. Before placing in the oven, it is necessary to sprinkle cheese on top. And bake for about half an hour (temperature 200 degrees).

Beef baked in the oven with capers

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 1 kg;
  • Salted capers - 100 g;
  • Sorrel - 1 large bunch;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 table spoons;
  • White wine - 150 ml;
  • Pepper, salt.

Initially, mine, dry and cut the meat with plates, after which we lay out on the crushed sorrel. Mine capers and finely chop them, then lay out on meat. Now you need to carefully twist the roll and wrap it with a culinary thread. A little salt and pepper the resulting roll.

Beef put in a baking dish, pour oil and wine. Then bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 180 degrees. While meat is being cooked, it is necessary to water it with the juice in which it is baked.

Beef baked in the oven under mayonnaise with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 0.6 kg;
  • Onion - 2 pieces;
  • Champignons - 350 g;
  • Cheese - 150 g;
  • Pepper, salt.

Beef should be washed, chopped and slightly discouraged. After that, each of the pieces to salt, pepper and put on a baking sheet, which must previously be oiled. Lay the chopped onion into the meat. Champignons washed and a little boil for 10 minutes, and also put on top. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it evenly. After this, pour all the mayonnaise and place in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake the dish for about an hour.

Thus, you will get a juicy beef, baked in the oven slices. This dish is perfect for a festive table.

Beef baked in the oven with garlic

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 0.7 kg;
  • Onion - 2 pieces;
  • Soy sauce - 5 tablespoons sauce;
  • Garlic - 6 lobules;
  • Salt, spices.

A piece of beef meat must be washed, dried, rubbed with spices and salt. Then peel the garlic and cut into slices. After that, make small incisions in the meat and lard garlic. Put the beef on the food film and pour over the sauce. Now wrap it in a film and leave it for 5 hours in the fridge to marinate.

Pickled meat is removed from the film and placed in foil, folded in two layers. We put onions cut into rings and wrap the meat in foil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about an hour. After the meat is ready, we remove it from the foil and cut it into pieces.

If you use the above recipes, the beef baked in the oven will turn out very tasty, soft and fragrant. Preparing any of these dishes does not require much effort. Therefore, if you do not know what to submit to the festive table, you can safely use the above-described methods of cooking meat.
