- milk (better fats) - 1 glass (200 ml capacity);

- eggs of chicken - 2-3 pieces;

- sugar, if sweet delicious pancakes are planned on milk, - 2 or even 3 tablespoons, and if unsweetened, it will be enough for one;

- some salt;

- sunflower oil, which is needed to make the pancakes become perforated, - 3 tablespoons;

- flour - about 200 grams.

How to knead the dough

First, in the prepared dishes, which should be deep enough, you need to break the eggs and add a little salt to them. Beat the whisk with a whisk before forming a foam. According to some recipes, it is not advised to whip eggs, only to mix well. It is worth trying both options. Next, a glass of milk is added to the resulting mass and mixed well. And start to pour the flour, stirring well, so that there are no lumps. Then pour in the vegetable oil. To avoid the formation of lumps, first pour out only half of the milk, knead the dough to a very thick sour cream, and then add the remaining liquid, constantly mixing the mass.

Some housewives claim that the most delicious pancakes on milk are obtained if before adding flour, brew a mixture of a glass of steep boiling water and mix. The resulting products will "breathe". Of course, in this case, flour will be required more.
