When you take out the pots from the oven, there is a unique aroma throughout the apartment. And immediately I want to try this dish. I want to share this recipe with you. So, for one pot, we will have three potatoes, seven champignons of medium size, half onions and one hunting sausage. In addition, you need one carrot, two cloves of garlic, three tablespoons of cream, one egg, fifty to one hundred grams of cheese, one bay leaf and salt to taste.

First we put in a pot a layer of potatoes, cut into circles, then cut the mushrooms into cubes and stack them on the potatoes. On mushrooms, put a layer of finely chopped onions, then sliced celery and dill with parsley. After this, squeeze two garlic cloves through the garlic and top with small cubes of hunting sausage. Then again there is a layer of potatoes, then a layer of carrots rubbed on a large grater, again sliced greens and salt to taste. Now fill the pot with boiled water just above the middle, cover the pot with a lid and put it on for half an hour in a well-heated oven. After this time, we add cream to the pot and mix all the layers, after which we pour out the beaten egg on top and rub cheese on the grater, then we send the mushrooms in the pots back to the oven. There they will stew for fifteen more minutes. Now the dish is ready. Feel the fragrance? It turns out beautiful, tasty and appetizing. Just lick your fingers.

But this is only one recipe for cooking dishes in pots with mushrooms. Let's prepare pots with meat and mushrooms. This dish you will make about an hour and a half. We take pork pulp, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Solim and pepper to taste, mix and leave for ten minutes on the sidelines. At this time we wash the champignons and cut them into small plates. So the mushrooms in the pots will be better felt. Mine and clean potatoes, then cut it into small cubes.

Then we take four pots. In each of them, put sliced meat on the bottom, the next layer - mushrooms. On top of them lay out potatoes and a little podsalivaem top. Then add a half tablespoon of sour cream to the dish. Now we close our pots with lids and send them to a preheated oven for an hour. To make sure the dish is ready, poke a potato with a knife. To do this, fry mushrooms with onions, lay a layer of ravioli, then a layer of mushrooms in a pot, then repeat the layers until we fill the pot. Fill it all with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
