Hyaluronic acid for the face in cosmetics and cosmetology

Hyaluronic acid for the face is a biological substance that belongs to mucopolysaccharides, and at the same time it is a non-sulfonated glycosaminoglycan that is part of many body tissues. It is one of the most important elements of the matrix that is outside the cells. In addition, its presence in most biological fluids was found. Now, hyaluronic acid is used more and more for the face, as it is characterized by a unique moisturizing effect. A thousand molecules of water can be connected without difficulty by one molecule of a given substance.

Hyaluronic acid for the face: use in cosmetics

At the moment, it is part of a variety of decorative cosmetics, as well as used as a means of caring for the body. It is worth noting that the impact of all this production is superficial, that is, it does not penetrate deeply into the skin due to the large size of the molecules. However, it moistens the dermis, influencing it as favorably as possible, preventing premature aging. Once upon a time this substance was isolated from fish and scallop roosters, and now in cosmetics and cosmetology an acid of exclusively vegetable origin is used, which excludes allergic reactions almost completely.

Hyaluronic acid for the face: application in cosmetology

In this industry, it is used for contour plasty and mesotherapy. In the latter version it is used as an "elixir of youth". It is an intradermal or subcutaneous injection for tissue replacement, stimulation, regeneration of the dermis and its moisturizing, which allows for a truly impressive rejuvenating effect.

Introduction of hyaluronic acid in contour plastics is used quite extensively: smoothing of deep wrinkles, correction of the face oval, changing lips, correction of cheekbones and chin. Since this substance is a natural component for the human body, it gradually resolves, usually it takes no more than three years, so to maintain the skin in the form it is required to repeat the procedure.

Hyaluronic acid for the face: properties for the skin

- binding of water molecules with subsequent retention of moisture in tissues;

- enhances the dermis properties relating to protection;

- reduces the amount of moisture evaporated from the skin;

- has a neutralizing effect on free radicals;

- stimulates the ability of the dermis to regenerate.

The molecule of this substance is an energetically stable component, which is provided by the stereochemistry of the disaccharides composing it. It also has a linear structure. That is why in aqueous solutions of its molecules acquire a cubic form. The hyaluronic acid gel is formed at a concentration above 1 milligram per milliliter. The viscosity depends on the concentration of the substance, as well as on the possible chemical concentration.

Hyaluronic acid has become quite a popular substance in cosmetics and cosmetology.
