The preparation process is carried out in stages:

Take, for example, julienne with mushrooms and chicken. For this dish you need: 2 leg, half a sweet pepper, 5 small onions, 200 grams of fresh champignons, 1 carrot, 100 grams of fatty sour cream and hard cheese, 50 milliliters of dry wine, 20 grams of butter and 35 vegetable, 5 grams of salt, 2 bay leaves, 30 grams of flour, 2 peppercorns and 1 clove.

This original French dish is usually prepared in small molds:

  1. The meat must first be boiled. To do this, put a peeled onion, sweet pepper and carrots in a pot of water, and then add the whole leg after boiling. The total cooking time is 25 minutes. In this case, 10 minutes before the end, you need to enter spices (pepper, cloves and bay leaves).

Dish with potatoes

The recipe for a stewed chicken with mushrooms and potatoes is perhaps the most acceptable when it comes to a tasty and quick dinner. This will require the following ingredients: ¼ chicken carcass, 5 potatoes and as many large white mushrooms, onion, 1 carrot, 35 grams of vegetable oil, salt and a couple of fennel branches.

This dish is prepared in several ways:

  1. First, the meat should be divided into portions.
  2. Peeled onions and carrots cut into large half rings.
  3. Prepared food for 3 minutes fry in a pan with the addition of oil.
  4. Add 100 milliliters of water and stew them under the lid for 6 minutes.

In most cases, a stewed chicken with mushrooms is cooked in sour cream. This option is, perhaps, the most popular. To repeat it at home, you must have: 300 grams of fresh mushrooms and the same amount of sour cream, salt, chicken carcass weighing about 1.5 kilograms, a little ground pepper and vegetable oil.

Everything is done very simply:

  1. First the carcass should be thoroughly washed, and then cut into small pieces. For convenience, it is better to use fillets. This eliminates the need to choose when eating bones.
