It is important: change your underwear every day, or even twice a day.

For growth and full development of the fetus, fluoride and calcium are needed, which the child takes in the mother's body. Therefore, many women badly spoil their teeth. In order for this to happen, it is not enough to visit a doctor, you need to properly care for the oral cavity: carefully brush your teeth with paste that contains fluoride and calcium; After each snack or a full meal, rinse your mouth well. And, of course, in the morning it is necessary to clean not only the teeth, but also the tongue, it is on it that most bacteria accumulate.

Proper nutrition

The food that a pregnant woman will consume must be rich in nutrients, vitamins, fiber, phosphorus, calcium, proteins and carbohydrates. Products must be used fresh and healthy, do not abuse smoked foods or pickles. Juices during pregnancy - only freshly squeezed, and it is better to drink cranberry juice.

In the first trimester, you can eat everything a pregnant woman wants, the basic requirement for food is safety. In the second trimester, intensive growth and development of the fetus begins , so a pregnant woman, in accordance with the recommendations of the doctor, should revise and adjust their diet. To the benefit of the kid and mother will go products containing calcium (milk, cottage cheese, kefir, cheese) and proteins. Several times in ten days to use: fish, as it is rich in phosphorus, offal and buckwheat, they contain iron, fruits - rich in vitamins.

In the third trimester, it is necessary to reduce the intake of salt and liquid, since it is during this period that the probability of gestosis develops.
