What kind of mistress does not dream of mastering the art of making sweet home-made pies? After all, it often happens that unexpectedly guests come or just want something tasty for tea, but nothing at home. Pie with jam is an excellent option in such cases, it can be prepared in several ways in minutes.

It is widely believed that a sweet pie takes a lot of time and effort, but it's just a delusion. It is because of such prejudices that many people opt for store sweets - cookies, sweets, cakes. And in vain! In fact, the recipe for a pie with jam is so easy and simple that anyone, even a novice cook, can easily cope with the task.

This article presents the three most delicious, quick and easy-to-prepare sweet cakes.

Simple pie with jam

To prepare this dessert you will need the following ingredients:

  • Two chicken eggs;
  • Three glasses of sifted flour of the highest grade;
  • One 200-gram packet of margarine;
  • One glass of sugar;
  • Half a teaspoon of vanillin;
  • One small spoonful of baking powder;
  • 200 grams of fruit jam.

Method of preparation :

  1. First you need to melt margarine in a water bath or in a microwave oven, after which it must be cooled.
  2. In a bowl, carefully mix the sugar, chilled melted butter, vanillin and eggs.
  3. In the resulting mass, you must gradually introduce wheat flour and baking powder, and then knead the dough.
  4. Dough for pie is divided into two unequal shares. Less to clean for a while in the freezer.
  5. The second part of the test should be evenly laid out in the prepared form, on top put the jam, level with a spoon.
  6. Slightly frozen dough, placed before in the freezer, should be rubbed on a large grater over a fruit jam in a chaotic manner.
  7. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes.

Sweet sand pie with apricot jam

Prepare this sand pie with jam as simply as the previous recipe. Distinguish its constituent nuclei of nuts, as well as the presence of spices.

Ingredients :

  • 200 grams of apricot jam;
  • One packet of creamy natural oil;
  • Two glasses of wheat flour;
  • One glass of sugar;
  • Three chicken eggs;
  • About 100 grams of crushed nuts (this may be almonds or peanuts);
  • a pinch of salt;
  • Half a teaspoon of hydrated soda;
  • Dry spices - cardamom and saffron - to taste;
  • 30 ml apricot liqueur (can be replaced with rum or cognac).

How to make a pie with jam :

  1. Pour sugar into the bowl, add a soft butter to it and knead it thoroughly with a fork.
  2. To drive in weight of egg, to add liquor, salt, soda and spices. Mix everything.
  3. Pour flour into the resulting mixture and knead the dough. It needs to be done quickly, since the short pastry does not mix for a long time.
  4. From the test to separate about a quarter, postpone.
  5. Put the remaining dough on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Spread evenly over the dough, apricot jam, mixed with chopped nuts.
  7. Deferred a piece of dough rolled into a layer 1 cm thick and finely chopped with a knife, distribute the resulting pieces on top of the jam.
  8. Bake in oven at 200 o C for about half an hour.

Yeast pie with jam

Ingredients :

  • Three glasses of flour;
  • three eggs;
  • 150 grams of butter;
  • 200 grams of fruit jam;
  • One 25 gram packet of dry yeast;
  • Three tablespoons of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • Half a small spoonful of vanillin;
  • vegetable oil.

Method of preparation :

  1. To make a yeast pie with jam, first start pouring dry yeast with half a glass of boiled cold water, adding half a tablespoon of sugar.
  2. Butter, melt, pour in one glass of warm water, drive in eggs, salt, vanillin and the remaining sugar.
  3. The resulting mixture, yeast and flour combine and knead the dough.
  4. Finished dough should be coated with vegetable oil, sprinkled with wheat flour and put into a bowl and covered with a towel or napkin, put it in a warm place until it doubles.
  5. Approached yeast dough is divided into two different parts in size. Most of the roll out on a sheet in the form of a baking sheet, put it in a mold, covered with oiled parchment paper, and sculpt the sides.
  6. On top of the dough, put fruit jam, smooth.
  7. From the rest of the test roll out the thin strips, which you need to put on the jam in the form of a lattice.
  8. In the oven heated to 200 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes.

Sweet pies are very tasty in a cold form, before serving, they should be cut into portions and laid out on individual dessert plates.
