The recipe is this: chop the chocolate into small pieces, rub the butter with sugar and add the eggs to it, stir and add the chocolate, flour and baking powder. Knead the dough, spread out on the molds, not filling them completely (muffins will rise in the process of baking). Despite the fact that these muffins are chocolate, the recipe allows you to pour them on top of the melted chocolate, and sprinkle with pastry or coconut shavings. However, it is not worthwhile to overdo it for such a dessert because of its high calorie content, although it is incredibly tasty.

Chocolate muffins with liquid filling

This dessert is also known as "fondan". It is no less delicious than the chocolate muffins described above. The recipe is as follows: one hundred grams of dark chocolate, the same amount of butter, six tablespoons of sugar, four tablespoons of flour, three eggs. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or other convenient way for you. Add sugar to it and mix well. Leave for a quarter of an hour, then add soft butter and eggs, whisk, pour flour into the mixture. Stir until uniform, fill the molds - only half, not completely - and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of two hundred degrees about seven minutes. If you hold more, you will get ordinary chocolate muffins. The recipe is also interesting because the filling should remain liquid. There is this dessert needed right away, while it's still hot. Cold will not be so tasty. In addition, warm muffins are especially nice to serve with a vanilla ice cream ball. An ideal combination of tastes will not leave anyone indifferent, and your culinary talent will be appreciated by all guests and relatives.
