Norwegian recipes: grilled salmon

Salmon (Atlantic salmon) is the fish that is appreciated in cooking (in particular in dietary nutrition), because it is rich in all the necessary amino acids, microelements and vitamins for the human body. In addition, this low-fat salmon is easily digested.

Today we will look at how the salmon is cooked on the grill. Many cooks say that this fish is a desktop universal product that you need to try to not be able to cook a quality dish from it.

So, let's get started.

Grilled salmon steak .

Ingredients: one kilogram of Norwegian salmon. For marinade: one spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of black pepper, two glasses of soy sauce, two tablespoons of vegetable oil. For a sauce: one liter of water, one glass of sugar, one glass of soy sauce, a small root of ginger, rubbed on grater, one glass of white wine, two tablespoons of starch.

The fish is cut into steaks, which are filled with marinade and left for several hours. Then the Atlantic salmon is wrapped in foil and fried on the grill for about fifteen minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix all the ingredients except wine and starch, bring the mixture to a boil and only then add the starch mixed into the wine, after which the sauce is immediately removed from the fire.

2. Grilled salmon marinated.

Ingredients: three hundred grams of salmon fillets, one spoonful of olive oil, half a lemon juice, spices for fish, and salt and pepper to taste, capers.

Salmon fillets are first pickled. To do this, prepare a marinade for grilled fish from olive oil, spices, pepper and salt, as well as lemon juice. In this mixture leave the fish for fifteen minutes, then fry it on the grill for two minutes on each side. Decorate the dish with lemon slices and capers.

3. Gentle salmon on the grill.

Ingredients: five hundred grams of salmon fillets, two tablespoons of olive oil, one yolk, salt and spices to taste, dill.

The fillets are washed, dried and cut into four parts. The lemon is doused with boiling water, cut into two parts, one of which is cut into small pieces, and the second squeezes out the juice.

Fish are rubbed with spices and salt and left in a cool place for one hour.

In the meantime, the yolk is mixed with butter, and dipped into a mixture of each piece of salmon. Prepares the salmon on the grill for five minutes on each side.

Serve the dish with lemon and chopped dill.

4. Salmon with lemon.

Ingredients: four pieces of salmon, one lemon, three tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Fish are washed and dried, then sprinkled with lemon juice, sprinkled with pepper and put in a cold place for half an hour. Then pieces of salmon oiled and again put in a cold place for ten minutes.

Salmon on the grill is roasted for ten minutes on each side. Dish before serving, sprinkle with salt and decorate with lemon.

It should be said that the Norwegians themselves recommend to cook this fish to the extent that it remains a little damp inside.

Thus, Atlantic salmon, possessing unique properties and qualities, is widely used in dietary nutrition. Dishes made from it are recommended to be consumed first of all for those who have heart disease and thyroid gland.
