Stuffed mushrooms baked in the oven, decorate any festive table
Champignons are called royal mushrooms. In the culinary recipes of different countries, you can find a lot of interesting dishes using these ceps. They can be boiled, roasted, baked, marinated, etc.
Stuffed mushrooms baked in the oven under a cheese cap. Recipe and method of preparation
Necessary ingredients:
- Large champignons - 25 pcs. (One round baking tray);
- Rice - 100 g;
- 1 cube of chicken or mushroom broth;
- Onions - half a head;
- Salt, hops-suneli, pepper (black);
- 1-2 sprigs of dill;
- Yellow cheese of hard varieties;
- Any plant. butter.
Cooking Instructions
Stuffed mushrooms, baked in the oven under grated cheese, are prepared according to the following scheme:
1. In the pan you need to pour 250 grams of water. After boiling in the water add a cube of broth and wait until it completely dissolves. In a boiling broth add rice, stir, cover and reduce the heat. Wait until the water is completely boiled, and the rice is cooked.
2. Wash the mushrooms, carefully remove the hats from the legs. Remove the hats from the dark plates, and chop the legs. Also chop the onions.
3. On vegetable oil fry the onion until a yellowish-golden hue, then add crushed legs. Stew for 5 minutes under the lid, then season with all the spices. All this is put in a saucepan to rice. There also add finely chopped sprigs of dill. All the mix well.
4. Everything, the filling is ready. With it, you can start making stuffed mushrooms baked in the oven with cheese.
5. Farshiruem mushrooms: in each hat we put 1 tbsp. Spoon of rice-mushroom filling, we cover the top with a cap of grated cheese.
6. Heat the oven to a temperature of 200-210 degrees. Put the hats under the cheese on a greased slightly heated pan and put in the oven.
7. The dish will be ready when the hats turn red. By the way, if you prefer all meat, then to the rice, you can also add chopped chicken to small pieces, and cook rice in the broth in which the chicken was cooked.
Innings
Hats with cheese are served to the table in a slightly cooled form. In each hat, you can stick a toothpick to make it convenient to eat. They need to be beautifully laid on the leaves of a curly salad, decorated with cherry tomatoes and dill sprigs. It is accepted to serve with this dish, as well as with other mushroom dishes, a mature red semi-dry wine.
